I think you are High on drugs. If you want to get admission, there are links to do that as graduate you need to take ur time and research.

You won’t need a transit visa so long your stop is 1 stop before final destination in Canada. If your stop is more than one within Europe you’ll need a transit visa. Used Lufthansa in April to Toronto

Yes they do extra check on passengers and if all your documents are complete and genuine, there's nothing to be worried about.
They have no right to send someone back if everything is ok

Have you tried compressing the files, ensuring the documents are legible after compression? Consider Gckey account if the files are above the limit after compression. You can upload up to 4MB with gckey account

Once u submit there is a confirmation message that will be sent to your Gckey. When pop up it downloads and its written that no email, fax or any will be acceptable to your application. You can as well try anyways.

if your documents are complete and genuine, no problem. They have no right to chase people away
