People don’t understand elections.

People who make noises on social media don’t vote. Political parties have registered loyal members. From units to wards down to the local governments- who will vote any day because they don’t want to leave power because of the tokens gettin to them occasionally . In normal climes if the number of voters fall below a certain percentage of those eligible to vote the elections will not count.
