Hello Nairalanders!

My name Olu Okikikola Sam.

I am a student of University of Lagos who is finding it hard to pay his school fees. The fees was increased from 25,000 to a huge sum of 135,000. I have been sourcing for help from families and friends but the money is not complete yet. I beg everyone to please come to my aid. I have no one else to go to. I am a hard-working person. Luck hasn't just been on my side. Please any amount will do. I have proof of studentship to showcase to anyone who is willing to help with any amount at all. God bless you all.

Let him quickly crush Boko Haram, UGM, Herdsmen, and all those making the nation so insecure... Abi, is crushing strictly for his political enemies??!

Just curiously asking...!

The one thing i love about this Abuja is that both Wike and Thiefnubuuu will be cut down to size by the more powerful North.

Abuja is not a place they can wake up one morning scratch their yansh and decide to oppress everybody.

Both Tinubu and Wike love to play God and that is y they team up.

They will learn the hard way.

Nigerians are tricky they will find a way to declare selling at less than what they paid when buying
Re: Wike Approves Property Tax In Abuja by Dittodat: 3:57pm On Nov 13, 2023
Ok, so in a whole city like Abuja, people are not paying property tax but they are expecting the same kind d of services they get when they travel to London and NY? grin
Only if the average Nigerian understand how people pay taxes on everything in the west.
If you don't pay property tax in the US, your house will be taken over government and sold for peanuts at an auction. No begging, no mercy.

Wise words, especially when Tinubu is using Wike to build an SPV looted funds away from the TSA.

Tinubu grants Wike’s request to remove FCT from TSA

If Lagosians are getting commensurate government services, utilities and facilities for the trillions IGR and other trillions federal allocation on their behalf plus loans that their unborn children will repay, then why is the metropolis literally a disaster zone without water supply in every building

World Water Day: Lagos water crisis ‘worsening’, group says

The lack of state-owned pipe-borne water in the homes of Lagos residents has continued to be a source of concern, a non-profit group, Corporate Accountability and Public Advocacy Africa (CAPPA) has said.

At a press event to mark this year’s World Water Day, the group said its monitoring team’s visit to state-owned waterworks showed that most of them are not operational.

The group said the waterworks it visited include the ones at Maryland, Mushin, Ikorodu, Obalende, Agbowa, Onikan, Ikoyi, and Amuwo Odofin.

Only the one in Ikoyi is producing water, according to CAPPA.

Nigeria government does nothing for the masses, yet they want to harden it, by taxation.

I hope at the end of the day, something meaningful will be made use of the money generated, because it looks and seems like he and the ministry will embezzle 80% of the money generated.

Rich men should pay more tax than the poor/ average. Provided it does affect the house rents for the poor/ average.
Why don't you want it to affect house rent? Pray to be rich, so you can be the only one to pay tax.
