It is possible. Let us Wait patiently and prayerfully, to shut out principalities and power. Any good leader surrounded and controlled by a bad leader or leaders will need prayer and grace to have the will power to do his will.

Don't mind him. He think others re not members of the winning party Some of them have served their political father for 20 yrs and still poor. They ll use them during election to destroy Billboard and opposition gathering and when election is over they shut the door on them.. when they receive Job opportunity they ll give it to their relation
Any leader doing well ll be praised and any one who do not do well ll be condemned irrespective of the party, religion or tribe

UBE board should not drag RSSSB into this issue , let the needful be done...place UBE teachers on 12/6 And 12/7 anything less than that, a well coordinated visit should be done to the UBE board for clearification by NUT or any organised group of concern and affected teachers not for war but constructive and peaceful resolution.

Who else is experiencing this very frequent visit from both board and ministry to the school since we got our promotion? In a week two visits from the board and ministry.

It's not even a problem if they visit but they always request for transport money each time they come ever since we got promoted as if they were not also promoted. Sometimes we contribute 1k each person, some other times 500 in the name of transport.

Is it just my school or it's general? It's becoming irritating.

The worse is that each time they come it's different set of people you'll see as if all of them are taking turns to come collect their share from teachers.

I am not against them coming because they are doing their work. But am against you people paying for their transportation. Maybe you guys don't come to work hence the payment. In my school, nobody pays money to give to anyone. Only the principal settles them. I have never paid anything to anyone since I started this work. Lead the protest to stop the illegal money.

Not so in my school. The principal of my school shifts the burden to teachers. Sometimes I feel he's part of the bargain.

No one is against their visits as stated in my first post. The intent of the visit, to be collecting money from teachers is the problem here.

I'll definitely work to stop it.

Get to what level? Such greed? Must everyone be the same? It's this kinda mindset that has corrupted the school system entirely. Anyway, my colleagues and I have agreed to stop allowing them to use us for their meal every week.

This is the first time I'm hearing that teachers contribute to pay supervisor's transport. They've also been frequent at my school lately, but only the principal settles them.
I can't even imagine paying money for supervisor's transport. Who does that?

This contribution for supervisors happens mostly in rural and semi-urban areas where the principal doesn't generate much money but in places where the principal generates money through PTA levy and admission, they settle them. I'm saying this because I've experienced both, I used to contribute when I was in a typical ogoni village but when I was transferred to to Eleme, it stopped.
So just bear with them or discuss with your principal about it
