There's no strike in Lagos. We are all good with everything including the 112 emergency services. They are on the wrong side of the law just like same people they accused of giving maximum shishi to Mr Ajaero of Labour Party. They should go and read about how Asiwaju Tinubu used superior performance in governance to defeat late Comrade Akele then. NLC and TUC are on a journey to oblivion. That they called for a strike after the Labour Party leader descended into the arena of politics in his homestate of Imo state is the lowest level a dying Labour Party can do. So pe otilo. The AG should have issued this reminder press release earlier and put their lawyers, courts and law enforcement officials on notice. If that has been done, not even the media will report the unguarded remarks and illegal affront of their gathering with just one agenda to act against a lawful court order and the highly inflammatory statements by the TUC/Labour Party Chief would not happened or the media report it as an affront on a lawful court order. We don't want a lazy AG that will always be doing catch up against unlawful people like these Labour Party affiliates. The AG should be queried for issuing this reminder just now. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Only when it favours government, you will be hearing obey court order. What has the government done to solve the issues on ground? Imo State has been without electricity for the past two weeks. The masses are suffering due to political differences between government and labour. Businesses are in serious shambles, buying diesel @ 1,309/litre and petrol @ 700/litre Yet, government is insensitive to the plight of the citizens it governs 18 Likes 1 Share |

Its not the fault of NLC since the FG that swore on oath to always abide by the rule of law which includes obeying court decisions have set a precedence to always disobey court orders! Not surprised that this statement is emanating from the attorney general/minister of justice who should be advising the FG on obeying court orders instead of choosing which one to obey! 17 Likes 1 Share |
