No! It's not, Your name could still be replaced by the CMD. Your employment can only be assured when you have been confirmed after serving for two years,written and passed confirmation examination, and your employment is gazetted.

You all be saying that it's Samsung or nothing, you people realise that it's just difference in brands. To me, as long as a phone has the required specifications that satisfies my everyday need, I don't care whatever name they call it. The reason why Samsung is so expensive is just because of the brand name. They are trying to level up with Apple. Go to China and see the phones the Chinese use. Chinese people don't give two craps about the brand of phone. They can use any phone that suits their everyday needs.
