This is what i mean when i say we need to think of all developments in terms of Industry or Ecosystems. For instance, Medical industry, cleaning industry, literature industry or ecosystems etcetera. The railway industry would require cleaning companies, engineers, security companies, merchandise companies etc all feeding each other enabling sustainable growth. You shouldn't jump up and shout, give us trains then blame government when stations get dirty. Where are the myriad Cleaning Companies, Pothole ltd and Road Sweepers LLC's that State, local or central government could contract and people can hold accountable at the micro level ? Things don't work without support systems. Government aren't good at creating support systems . Ordinary people build support systems in the form of business that are created to take advantage of what government builds in the form of infrastructure. 9 Likes |

I am not surprised by this, there is a popular saying that bees always go after honey just like ants always follow the sugar I am sure there are so many people who believed that the railway will never work and must have been given an offer to have a shop in that location, they must surely be regretting now This is why you need to have a property around the Ibeju Lekki Industrial Hub if you can, things are really shaping up and very soon just like the Railway, operations will start fully and some early investors will go home smiling to the bank Click on how you can invest https://www.nairaland.com/7905627/introducing-strongtower-estate-ode-omi#126875204 |
