The cost of MSc in nursing depends on individual school just as you cannot compare UC Berkeley fees to Havard or Cambridge. Therefore you can Google Public Research Universities in USA and check if they have MSc Nursing , email the nursing department and am certain you will get positive response.

Stick to that Nursing , she has a Bsc in Nursing already and she is also a registered nurse .

We had a Masters student here who is likely going to be out of status cos she couldn't pay her deficit and she worked under the table to raise 11k and she still owes. If I recall she had part funding and she's still in dire straits.

Once you find any University then go to Admission ...Look for International Admissions (Graduate or Undergraduate) ....Look out for contact us .....send an enrollment email to them . Ie, I am a prospective graduate (MSc) or Undergraduate applicant from Nigeria , etc.

How are you going to fund your deficit in the US? Think 2x wella. Find a cheaper school.
And associate degree is likely to further expose your financial weakness

Your wife can apply for MSN/PhD route if she’s a hardworking and studious person. She could be eligible for scholarship
