You don't need any soothsayer to tell you that this team lead by jpeseiro is not going anywhere. Let's just tell ourselves the truth and stop living in denial. This coach doesn't know more than some of us here, he's just an excuse for a coach. A useless coach that just came to bring the SE to the mud. Eight attackers, four midfielders lol... Now how many goals your attackers don score?? I'm down with all this rubbish 1 Like |

What's wrong with this team? Answer 1: Jose Peseiro Answer 2: The stubborn insistence on wrong deployment of personnels and also using a formation that absolutely limits the team. Some in here think I am mad when I say Jpes is a dunce and is even worse than Rohr who was also terrible majorly in his final 2.5yrs as coach. With Jpes, Nigeria at the Afcon won't do much. We would just compete and complete the numbers. We aren't getting close to that trophy UNLESS HE FIXES OUR MIDFIELD AND SCRAPS THIS STUPID 442/424 NONSENSE (since he cannot even deploy the right personnel to execute the 442 properly). We just gave 153rd-ranked Lesotho a point in UYOooo. Kaaaaiiii... a shame that some will still come to Jpes' defence. 2 Likes 1 Share

The team's overall performance was commendable, but it's evident that luck wasn't on our side for this match. It's unrealistic to expect a complete domination against Lesotho, . The current lineup includes defenders from the English Championship and midfielders who often warm the bench in the Premier League, making their impact questionable. Notably, players like Boniface and Awoniyi have been struggling to score consistently. In comparison, Lesotho seems to have better-prepared players who have experience in top South African leagues. While some may argue that the South African league may not be considered top-tier, the match demonstrated their skills and preparedness. It's crucial to acknowledge that football is unpredictable, as seen in Italy's loss to Macedonia. We should abandon the notion of superiority and recognize that every team, regardless of their status, poses a challenge in an eleven-versus-eleven scenario. 3 Likes |

Let me clearly state this Hungry NPFL all stars will beat this Lesotho blue black on our turf They definitely know this turf & weather conditions better This is what happens when you focus on just foreign based instead of merit Peseiro is not a tactician Bad recruiting on the part of NFF We will be properly exposed at the nations cup No team chemistry |

An Onyedika would have allowed us move forward better. Osayi, Lookman, Awoniyi, Iheanacho and Iwobi were big disappointment. Iwobi can't even beat a man. He should stop playing Iheanacho on the right. He lacks pace and dribbling. Play 4-3-3 with Boniface as top 9. Onyedika, Onyeka and Iwobi should be the midfield pivot. Moses, Boniface and Lookman in attack against Zimbabwe. It is not about bombarding teams with strikers. It is about creating balance to make the team play! Paserio is Stubborn olodooo! The earliest we sack him the better!! We couldn't beat the weakest team in the group. Wow!! I don't see us beating Zim too. 1 Like |

Kog45: I actually support this. Danielnino00. It's a shame. I see nothing to award to our lads except for the Brilliance of Victor Osimhen in the past year and the rise of Boniface in the team. An award for this shambolic display?? Throughout this year, the Super Eagles haven't exactly given us cause to really be excited. It has been a rubbish year for our apex national team. Rubbish! 4 Likes

I really don't care at this point cause I'm used to new kinds of disappointments from Nigerian football. My own is that NFF should be useful for once and quietly sack Peseiro, pay him whatever he's owed so he can kindly f**k off for good. Let Amunike step up and manage the rest of the qualifying campaign which to be honest isn't looking good right now, cause Zimbabwe (a more competitive team than almighty Lesotho) will definitely fancy their chances now. If WE FAIL TO BEAT ZIMBABWE, then it's adieu to USA/Mexico world cup in 2026. A shame in itself because we might fail to qualify from our easiet WC group in Nigerian football history, we might as well just ban football in Nigeria all together. APC government una do well, from Buhari to Baba Tinubu, same bad luck of no world cup. 1 Like 1 Share |

Rohr and JP are part of Pinnick's legacy...seeking the advice of Wenger and Mourinho on the coach for the SE. The current NFF leadership are pretty anonymous at the moment. Can't tell their direction or focus. 1 Like |

daveP: To be honest, I even care less about whether it is Uyo or Abuja but correction noted. We just dropped points in Nigeria to bloody Lesotho!!!!! What is going on?? But ofcos I know what is going on. Jose "dumbass" Peseiro is going on backed by a dumbness-filled NFF. Peseiro needs to be Cutlass-chased out of this team ASAP.
