kelvincoke: How many times have you prayed for yourself and seen the manifestations? You are here praying for a country God blesses everyday and yet you live in penury. Pray for your self and not the country. The reason you hear "God bless America" is because they enjoy alot from their Government and wouldn't want their country's wealth to reduce 3 Likes |

FreeStuffsNG: I doubt if anything will come out of it. Most of the illicit money paid to Etete has gone into UAE's (Particularly Dubai) high-end real estate market. As this is the business model of the Emirate, I doubt if seizure is possible (they only corporate when Emiratis or citizens of fellow GCC countries are affected). |

Hpesoj:It will. We signed a bilateral agreement with UAE less than 5 years ago. Prior to that time, we didn't have such agreement with UAE. Besides, I am not sure he is completely out of his conviction in France after he lost the appeal and if the Nigerian lawyer appointed by FG to seize his assets overseas is still under commission( that man seized his jet in Canada). At 78 years, Chief Etete can not afford to be a fugitive for ever, especially dying overseas with his family not having access to his filthy lucre while the Abachas are walking free and one even became a Kano state Governor. |

[quote author=FreeStuffsNG post=127013421]Our chance of getting the civil claims against ENI and Shell at the Italian court looks slim after the court declared that ENI and Shell are not guilty. The person who caused the main problem is a Bayelsan, Chief Dan Etete, former Petroleum Resources Minister, who with Late Gen Abacha, awarded themselves those two juicy oil licenses and instead of paying $20m still shortchanged Nigeria by paying $2m. It was a scam on Nigeria similar to the scale of P&ID. After a decade of the litigation and the assets left idle, it's a good idea for us to get ENI and Shell to develop the asset and start producing while EFCC continues with the prosecution and seizure of assets belonging to everyone who collected the $1.3 billion ENI and Shell paid Nigeria , from which GEJ approved over $800m be paid to Dan Etete, his fellow Ijaw, despite knowing that Etete has been previously convicted on same matter in France in 2007.. Pa Obasanjo really dealt with all of the unpatriotic elements involved in the scam and ensured that life is miserable for them until that role played by GEJ almost ruined his efforts and everything. Asiwaju Tinubu needs to be wise with ENI and Shell to ensure we don't lose out in Italy and here. ENI and Shell have suffered enough yet it's actually the unpatriotic Nigerians who caused us this problem.ENI may now withdraw its own case too. Check my signature for free stuffs! TINUBU is only in this to CHOP HIS OWN!!. If you think he hadn't struck a DEAL with ENI before this WITHDRAWAL, YOU HAVE ANOTHER THINK COMING!!. Surely you know WHO RECENTLY ACQUIRED AGIP(ENI) is OANDO. WHO OWNS OANDO?. If you said TINUBU, na you sabi ohh!!!.😂🤣😜 |

A wise one won't abuse people anyhow most especially on a faceless platform. I only asked a question and you have proven yourself to be more fōōish than the most føøish person. Take a look at these Karlifate: I don't argue with people like you almost everyone in the capital market is aware of this, even Afrexim approve a loan for this.
