If you haven't buy the vehicle, use the money to buy him mini bus but if you ve already bought the vehicle, let him cover the back, then approach an existing FMCG company to lease the vehicle, ensure the company has good maintenance culture.
Alternatively he can approach a new business that has need for the vehicle but have no money to buy outrightly, then he can offer to distribute deliver their products to agreed destination at agreed fee. But not pure water company.

Pure water business is good but the only problem with it is vehicle. Water is very heavy and unless you have a good and trustworthy mechanic and drivers, don't even into pure water business.

I would have said link up with shop top up, they rent buses and vehicles to deliver goods to their customers. But your type of bus without a cover is dangerous in this current Nigeria. If you carry goods in your pick up, hungry Nigerians could attack your vehicle and take the goods because it's mostly provisions, noodles etc. It's a big risk. You can still check them out and see if they will accept your vehicle.

Water will subject the truck to corrosion and rust fast also. Plus the frequency that the truck will be used for water will be quite high.

The major problem with pure water business is the driver of the truck. Due to the comparatively long haul for water business, the drivers in connivance with some unscrupulous mechanics always plan side businesses at the expenses of the owner.

Well, it would be hard for you to convert another person's vehicle to 5seater.


You may just have to take it to building material market. Where they sell electrical materials, Floor tiles &marble. Cement, plumbing materials.

Then use the vehicle to convey those material for customers.


Let the owner allow a moritorium of like 2weeks. So you see how the market moves.



You can't use this for Sand and building stones.
