Please I need help with my NOC, I got ITA last month. I work as a healthcare Assistant in the UK, so I chose 33102- Nurse Aide as My primary NOC. But I came across another one that seems similar, 44101. I want to be super sure I have the right NOC before submitting my application. Can anyone help?

33102 is best, and it will get you ITA, if IRCC does a Category Based Draw -Healthcare.

Hello guys, I finally got an update on my profile last week Tuesday. The tracker also has a copr number but I haven’t received the rfv mail and my background check hasn’t changed. I just wanted to confirm if anyone has experienced this, and also does the copr document number mean I have passed all section?
I would really appreciate a response on this. Thanks.

Thank you. I already got ITA last month. I just need someone to help me check that my work experience matches NOC 33102.

Good morning all.. I’ve been confused about this whole process. Been reading up and trying to see the best possible way for me to enter Canada that’s not too capital intensive. Im looking at the express entry route though and I don’t know much about the PNP. I have a sibling there but 34 years old. I don’t know if anyone can put me through this or is there a WhatsApp group with people in the same situation as me? Thank you.

What’s your VO? Sydney?

You should have received the RFV email. Check your Junk/Spam folder.

Please read from Page 1 here - https://www.nairaland.com/6829885/canadian-express-entry-federal-skilled/563#127028240

There are loads of information in the thread.

When I started the process in 2019, I spent like 2 days reading from Page 1. And I think then it was Part 9, we’re in Part 11 now. Trust me after reading for 3 hours, you will have a grasp of how everything works.

And if after reading you have specific questions, feel free to ask.

Please guys, is it a problem for express entry if the business the person works for is unregistered and has no online presence? how can one prove experience in such a situation? I know i have read something on page 1 about it not being a problem if the workplace has no online presence but I am not sure i saw anything about it being unregistered. Can anybody help?

I am asking for a friend who works in a big farm in a rural area but the farm is unregistered. They are into poultry and cucumber farming.

Her IELTS is leaving so much points on the table. She needs to rewrite. Also she needs to check Medicine as Masters Equivalent. At 30 years, her optimum score is 473. She is definitely throwing away some points somewhere and have missed several draws.

Thanks Profgordons …what you said is right because she is just 27yrs and guess if she rewrites ielts and write CELPIP…it will go a long way

Hello, I will need advice from folks who have already completed the Express Entry process. Although I haven't yet gotten ITA, I asked my boss to draft a work reference letter and there is conflicting information on to whom the letter should be addressed.

I would like to know if the letter should simply be addressed to "To whom it may concern" or this address:
Central Intake Office (CIO)
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC)
Sydney, Nova Scotia,
Canada.

This question is for the data analysts in the house; I work for a company that specialises mostly in construction projects. Here are my data analyst duties, please can the data analysts in the house nitpick on the text to find any fault or point out anything wrong.

Please seniors, any way forward for her? Should I just encourage her to register the business and have her ducks in a row before embarking on this journey?

Hi everyone. I am aware NYSC can be used for skilled work experience. But I'd like to confirm the payment. Would payment from the Federal government be enough proof? Or does the PPA also need to pay during the 1year period?

Apologies, if this has already been answered, but I have searched and not seen an answer. Thank you.

Please does anyone have an answer to this??

Yes, still using same

Good day, how's it going? I read in one of your previous posts that you are a data analyst and you used NOC code 21223, which is for database analysts and administrators. Did you eventually stick with that or change to the one for data scientists, which is 21211?

Good day everyone. I am about starting this journey and I need some answers. If my spouse is not accompanying me, is there need for him to write the IELTS exam?

Even if your spouse is accompanying you, it’s not compulsory for them to write the IELTS.

As long as your points are sufficient to secure an ITA, then you’re good to go.

But then… simulate your CRS score

If the business is unregistered, then it doesn't pay tax, meaning it is not a real business in the eyes of visa officials. It is better to register the company as a limited liability company (LTD) asap.

I'll advise you call IRCC. You can download the Fongo app, get a Canadian number and call them.

A lot of people have the same issues. Read about their experiences by following the link below:

People with unregistered businesses have gotten PPR. Just provide references letter, add bank statements to show payments or cheque payments. If it was paid in cash the VO may ask for more documents. I remember one PNP applicant that claimed to work in a farm. When the VO checked the address on google maps. There was no farm visible from the satellite view .
