By destroying an already existing structures worth over N10,000,000,000. All in a bid to cash out from your project. You are robbing Peter to pay Paul. Same government will plead and encourage its citizens to return home and invest, when they do, same government will go ahead to destroy those properties. A sad and terrible situation is about to go down in those areas marked for demolition. You are constructing a transport terminal in an already congested city whereas there are areas yet to be developed in the state. Why not move your mega project to such areas that calls for development and leave the town alone. You should be ashamed of yourself for writing such nonsense here. You are committing evil in that state. Bunch of confused lot. I don't blame you all, you all are bunch of inexperienced sycophant. The state deserve better than what they got now.

What Enugu needs besides a central bus terminal is a light rail (tram) system.

The rail lines, which are largely integrated into the existing urban roads, can be constructed with direct labor if properly planned and executed.

The teeming unemployed youths in the state, especially artisans and even graduates, can easily be employed for this purpose, which will have the multiple effects of reducing the overall project cost, skills transfer, reduction in youth unemployment with attendant reduction in crime rate, and sustainable urban mass transportation.

The multiplier effect will increase the IGR of Enugu and further reduce the poverty index as workers will spend part of their earnings in local businesses, even petty traders.

So, we should be clapping for him for doing the job he was elected to do or what? See ehn, he is not using his money to build it, it is Enugu's people tax money he is going to use.

Politicians be claiming they did this and that as if they are useing their personal money.

There's nothing wrong with praising a man doing his job....as far as he is doing it well. Even in workplaces, it motivates workers to do their best.

After all, if that man decides to loot Enugu money, there's nothing you and I can do about it. We just come online and complain.

why can't these stupid governors be ingenious? what with building parks. can't they build industries even with PPP that will provide jobs and increase IGR? shey the FG has given them authority to generate electricity, why can't they key into that?

All these political jobbers and praise singers will not allow us rest. The man has nothing to show since he assumed office with his forged NYSC certificate ( According to NYSC) yet, they keep on writing gibberish every now and then.
No road,
No water,
No payment of primary school teachers' salary.
Only audio projects.
They need to visit Abia state and hopefully they will learn one or two things from His Excellency, Alex Otti.
Abia Gov talks about what he has done and what he has started and not what he plans to do with pictorial rendition.
This week he said I have commenced payment of 8 years backlog of salaries and allowances and we confirmed it as true from people in Umuahia and Aba.

Enugu will accomplish this.

If any governor builds this in Owerri, the next governor will demolish it to build his own.
Example: demolition, relocation and rebuilding Ekeonunwa market in Owerri has eaten Imo state dry.
Former govt establishments outside Owerri have been decommissioned or taken back to Owerri.
Imo state has been mired in Owerri. Only Owerri now exists for Imo state government.
It's more than 15 years the federal allocations of the 27LGAs of Imo state dried up in Owerri, nothing for the other 24 LGAs outside Owerri federal constituency.

Has he fulfill his first promise? Water running in Enugu in first 100 days?

Media aides keep writing junks without any evidence of performaince.

Obviously you are not even sure of the number says he promised yet you came online to insult a governor for communicating his program to the public as it has become typical of Igbo youths of the present day. You can see youths from South West or North generally can never use uncouth words for their leaders. I pray we grow beyond this ugly attitude. Wait for the 180 days before you could say anything reasonable. All these people talking down on their leaders, non of them is ready to go extra mile to make credible tracking of all projects that he is talking about. They talk and call names and move on.
