What sort of bank is this. I've not been able make transactions for up to three days now.

Is it that they are unable or unwilling to rectify this problem.

I'm considering sueing this useless bank.

I’m just tired like this. By Monday I will withdraw all my money from that useless bank and close it.

The maximum you can withdraw is 50k per day.

Honestly, their network issue is terrible.

I got an email from them on the technical issues and they are trying to resolve them

Meanwhile their ATMs and POS are working according to the mail, why not try those options

Wow.. I thought it was my account that had problem, I didn't know it was a general problem.

Yesterday they nearly made me run mad o. I deposited some cash into my account and tried to do a transfer later but my app turned blank, saying no account on the app. I tried using USD code, it said internal error. I say today na today and I needed to make that payment at that time. I rushed to the ATM, I was only allowed to withdraw 40k, I went into a frenzy and rushed to the nearest POS where I now withdrew the remaining amount I needed and sent the money via the same POS.

They should work on it because even till now I can't top up my airtime.

Oga go use ATM or POS nau... Abi bank no dey ur area? Na so their network just dey off and on for three straight days. E taya me ahswear. Access who do una this kind thing?
