I’m taking this very personal. I don put mind say we go watch a couple matches for stadium near doormot. This standings not looking good. Possible we can be 3rd placed after the 2nd round of matches. Oga when love our players and like to work with naija on reduced pay don go put in application for Egypt. Trust white man at your own peril. From “we have a young team”, to “we missed Ndidi, AWONIYI, Zaidu, and Osimhen”. From FROHRD to fire 🔥

Joebie:😅 oga Joe Anyway we can only enter panick about WC chances from next year. The SA can flop, they have an antecedent for doing that. Na from games 4&5 we go know if it's over. |

My brother if SA take a big lead after 2nd round it will be a tall order. We need a coach that wants to win all the remaining games. That’s a big target but it can only be achieved by a very disciplined and ambitious coach. Go dust that your scientific calculator when u use that year. Odunayaw: |

The most WTF moment for me after seeing the starting lineup was the indirect free kick chance we missed. Hearing on Twitter that something like that was practiced during training and yet we couldn't convert it in the match. 1 Like |

Rwanda in 2023. They can definitely steal points but I doubt they will beat South Africa. Any win between Lesotho and Benin, will put us in 3rd position.

The position really does not matter at this moment. If Rwanda steal a point from South Africa then good for us. We will be on 2 and South Africa on 4. By June we will be ready with full house against the Southys. We beat them in Uyo we go above them. Nothing spoil yet! Joebie: |

TheGoodJoe: Not all European coaches come with that baggage....but truth be told, the NFF doesn't even respect local coaches enough to give them similar working conditions to that of an expatriate. Any local coach appointed under these circumstances will have a torrid time working the NFF...which doesn't help the team in the long-run..the inferiority complex portrayed by the NFF favours a foreign coach..if any of Amuneke, Oliseh, Siasia etc in JP's shoes, sack letter will have been released already. 4 Likes |

I believe under a REAL coach and some dropping + addition of players we should be back on track, still alot of games to be played. I just want NFF to announce a new coach before AFCON starts so he can use the AFCON to know his players and bed in his tactics before the next round of WCQ next year. At this point I don't mind if they even announce any of Amunike, Finidi or Oliseh as interims, at least those ones are our ex-internationals and will call up enough midfielders as well as scout more of our fringe players doing well in Europe and back home. Just get Gbeseiro abi Passeiro far far far away from my National team. 1 Like 1 Share |

Marjoribanks:Initially I was of the opinion that JP should be left for now, however, I was WRONG!!! If JP isn't fired, we are not qualifying for the WC at this rate. While it's just a few weeks to the ANC, the guy should just be fired, not like with him at the helm, we would get anything from the tournament. |

Black man na black man problem. Imagine Finidi is like a non entity working with JPes and the latter has lasted this long. Finidi who is supposedly one of our national heroes treated with so much disrespect in our country while Jpes is employed by us. This white ass licking is disgusting. Coming from a low grade coach for that matter! caprikon: 3 Likes |

I saw Peseiro play Iwobi in Jorginho styled midfield anchor man. Every man and his dog knows Nwakali is the best guy to play this role. Something he's done all his career. No way on God's green earth is Iwobi better than him in that role. For me, that's the only criticism I have for the coach. However, regardless personnel, we should beat Lesotho and Zimbabwe. The players are to blame 98%. They have no justification for not putting chances away. Any Nigerian 11 assembled even if Dr Rafiu Oladipo was the coach should beat these teams. 3 Likes |
