No disrespect to Lesotho, but judging from the profile of their players, some of whom I understand are prison warders. I stand to be corrected, their players cannot make bottom placed Heartland FC's first 11.
We don't even need a coach to beat these guys. I blame the players 100% on this, we have let these players off the hook for a long time now.

I’m still waiting for someone to tell me how many big chances we really had versus Lesotho. Because many are buying JP’s lies. .

Barryseal:
I saw Peseiro play Iwobi in Jorginho styled midfield anchor man. Every man and his dog knows Nwakali is the best guy to play this role. Something he's done all his career. No way on God's green earth is Iwobi better than him in that role.
For me, that's the only criticism I have for the coach. However, regardless personnel, we should beat Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
The players are to blame 98%. They have no justification for not putting chances away. Any Nigerian 11 assembled even if Dr Rafiu Oladipo was the coach should beat these teams.

You didn't see the AWONIYI miss? Lookman doing shakara in the penalty box? Even Iheanacho missed a sitter in the first half which I watched.

Awoniyi miss is not debatable. Iheanacho hit the woodworks. That’s a chance well taken. Lookman had a fine attempt that was well saved. You have only counted one real chance , everybody knows about, we can blame our forwards for.

Guess what will make it even more confusing if he gets the Zamalek job? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

If he starts performing there, what will be the new storyline? That our players were the problem? 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Perform where ? He won't stay a year in that job

We can bet money on it.

Someone that got fired twice in a year. He barely last 2 years on a job

There is nothing intelligent about this coach

Look at the match stats. The % of dangers attacks, shots etc. For the record, Morroco and Nigeria have the highest number of Xg on the continent. The players should come out and apologise for this nonsense.

Peseiro said we had many chances our strikers could not convert. You don’t necessarily blame your strikers for missing chances that are not big chances. Your stats does not defend the lie.

We don’t need a coach to beat Lesotho?but we have a coach on the sideline but still yet we cannot beat them and in Rwanda we failed to beat Zimbabwe…who to blame when team is fumbling?…Peseiro only good record in Nigeria is São Tomé

Please...what you posted here doesn't in any way back up your point that we missed a lot of chances.

1. How many chances did we created in total?

2. How many were missed?

3. what was our XG?

The only chance missed was Awoniyi miss…..Boniface,Moffi,Awo and Sadiq came but what happened?no goal, some saying oh why not Akor or Orban but is there any guarantee with Peseiro?NO….big question is Osimhen flourishing under Peseiro?NO cus Osimhen was blank against Guinea Bissau in both legs but someone said Guinea Bissau is not minnow in Africa football 25th ranking team.

Maybe we should have Oliseh back with all the support. I don’t mind heads rolling. This team needs all seriousness mentality injected.

Oliseh and Siasia are corrupt and bedeviled with favouritism, nepotism, double standard and conflicting interests. Even Eguavon is not far off , there are even question marks on Amunike.

Sanusi is dead on arrival.

Getting your UEFA A coaching licence , does not automatically make you a great coach and manager. It's a bit like passing your driver's license it doesn't mean you are a great driver.

It's your innate abilities that you have from personality, aptitude, and the unique application of your experience and knowledge that makes you EXCEPTIONAL.

However, you really cannot compare the experience of coaches coming from Ajax, Arsenal, Bayern,Real Madrid, etc to someone coming from Bendel insurance and Warri wolves. The difference in quality is undeniable and almost impossible to match.

When the Charlatan was appointed I made my position very clear as a pathetic decision reflecting the corruption in the NFF.

And it's not about white coaches but quality competent coaches.

And if the issue is colour there are several black managers with very good pedigree in Europe 🌍. But we chose a MEDIOCRITY and we are reaping what we have sown.

Like Nigeria like SE. Doing the same thing repeatedly, getting the same result and still continue on it and expecting something different. We have played a 4MF of iwobi. Ndidi. Onyeka. Aribo repeatedly. We have jigged and rejigged the combo. Still nothing came out of it and we stubbonly refuse to introduce another gear to the wheel because in our little brain they are not better than what we already have. Meanwhile what you have is not giving u the desired results. Na here we dey. Even the GK sef. From my own school of thought. If A is not giving me the desired result. I try B, C, D. Imagine Iwobi as a DLP. Person wey no fit give long range passes as a DLP. For all of us to remember. Sunday Mba was played because Keshi has the balls to drop Nosa Igiebor. If he had continued with playing him because he is a pro, perhaps we would not have won the 2013 Afcon. Our MF personnel is imbalanced. Jig it up and jig it down, the personnel we keep inviting is imbalanced. They are good in their individual roles, but together, they don't and cannot complement each other when push comes to shove and our wingers are clipped everything crumbles.

Correct,Sunday Mba and Ogenyi Onazi gave us needed balance to win Afcon 2013 after we struggled with Nosa Igiebor and Fengor Ogude.

Rwanda in 2023. They can definitely steal points but I doubt they will beat South Africa.

Any win between Lesotho and Benin, will put us in 3rd position.

So we’ve gone back to the calculation of points era again 🤣

Hoping this lose and that draws

Just check out Peseiro scorecard as at march 2023.

Fast forward he played additional 6 matches won three against Sierra Leone,São Tomé and Mozambique and drew Saudi Arabia,Lesotho and Zimbabwe, meaning he played 15 matches, won 6,drew 3 and lost 6 as at date.

If NFF is not going to get a Grade A coach, don’t settle for anyone because they are white. Senegal has Cisse for quite a number of years and he is doing a job. That’s my point. Herve a Renard is proven. If other African nations could afford him why can’t we? His stock has now risen

My brother if SA take a big lead after 2nd round it will be a tall order. We need a coach that wants to win all the remaining games. That’s a big target but it can only be achieved by a very disciplined and ambitious coach. Go dust that your scientific calculator when u use that year.

But seriously this is an unfair Arrangement from FIFA,

Why should we had played 2 games, while others are One each, doesn't make sense, and it gave room for a potential match fixing

Guys, what's ur impression about the coach of The Gambia Saintfield or something?

I like what he did with the Gambian team at the last AFCON.

He was once in the running for the Eagles job together with Keshi that time. Keshi made a disparaging comment about him that time that he had to take Keshi to CAS accusing him of racism.

I think he was once the coach of Ethiopia .

shitty scheduling actually and I'm surprised the nff didn't fight it but no excuse is enough for not beating countries ranked 153 and 125.
