Land grabbing is now the order of the day in Abuja. Land grabbers masquerading as real estate companies are taking over people's lands. A good example is Valington estate. Those guys are criminals. Even Wike has failed. We thought he would by now help to restore sanity in Abuja, but just like other past Ministers, he has gone to sleep. All the real estate companies in Jikwoyi Extension are all land grabbers. They go to the core north to import some crazy boys. Maybe bandits or even BH to attack legitimate land owners who comes to claim their properties. Below is a picture of bandits, armed with guns and weapon imported by Valington estate to attack and terrorize innocent land owners. Wike please wake up. No minister approvals for mass housing in Jikwoyi Extension. Help restore sanity. They once hit a widow with a rod on the head. She lost so much blood that she fainted. Wike please don't fail. 2 Likes

The advertising method of Promiseland estate is suspicious. The guy has erected massive billboards all over abuja with his face on it. He looks like an overnight developer who made quick money from a deal and now wants everyone to know he has arrived. He seems to be trying too hard. FCDA IS A DEN OF THIEVES. The rot there stinks. I remember some telling me to pay 20m to get 5000 Sq meter ...in Guzape 2 . I just laugh 😂. I pity anyone who gets involved. THE FORMER FCT MINISTER SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR GROSS NEGLIGENCE OF DUTY. HE WAS THE EPITOME OF ARROGANT CLUELESSNESS. He took Abuja several years backwards. His minister of State was simply a fashionista. 1 Like |

DonFreshmoney: I can just imagine. It would be probably worse today. I bought multiple lands from a company in Kugbo about 9 years ago, and I travelled a lot during that period and had them assist in processing the Cof O. Only to find out the largest amongst the lands had multiple potential owners: Myself, a director at FCDA, a business woman in Switzerland, and some other person. If you want to buy lands in Abuja, ensure you carry out due diligence, best if you are around in person. If you want to buy from estates, ensure it's an already developed estate. If you have cash to buy in choice areas, buy from previous owners after thorough search/verification. 2 Likes |
