That is not the official birth certificate. If you need to do international transaction, they would not recognize what you have. You need to reach out to National Population Commission to obtain the official birth certificate. they would need the hospital issue though.

They have an office around Babs Animashaun in Surulere Lagos.

What you have is called a registration of birth and when presented to NPC, they will issue a birth certificate .
