its a advice for you, some environment prone to demolition and development are lagos badagry express way(festac, navy town, alaba, alakija, ibo dominated area) this route has the biggest lane in Nigeria plus a train, a modern market is coming to alaba, and festac is meant to be a recreation centre

second area is island lekki, epe, with tinubu coastal highway be rest assured development is coming to island

thirld area is beger(lagos ibadan) that will be the next location for companies

fourth is ebute meta to ikeja, this place is already developed so its a little demolition

if you are in alimosho, lagos abeokuta, lagos ikorodu you are safe with your building

those areas they are demolishing who sold the lands? which govt approved their building. some of those building being demolished are not up to 3 years. some are new structures that were approved under this same govt. They should just say they don't want the ibos again in the state.

This is good.

We will begin to seriously think home. build our region and base more in our region.

Trust us we will initiate process to construct rails and ports in southeast.

without the Ibos, lagos is nothing. If the Ibos leave one day, lagos will not be known for anything again. The economy they claim is booming will return back to zero for yorubas

Imagine this loudmouthed orangutan? Na by force to develop lagos? LEAVE already!!

Lagos was lagos when your forefathers were still roaming alaibo naked. Economic refugees chatting nonsense. Without selling drugs and lagos connection, there won't be a single billionaire in iboland.

Lagos and who ever is in the helm are nothing but a shame. Time shall tell.

Hopefully at the end of the day, this will force lgbos to stop buying land and building houses outside the south east. This one's whose houses are demolished will have learnt a bitter but useful lesson. That's why I like aboki, they don't go building houses outside the north like lgbos. Igbos wise up.

Geddifok out of Lagos then. The state is over populated and choked.

When I was younger, there were lots of Lebanese and Indians doing business in Lagos till Igbos flooded in with their sparepart business, choking everywhere up.

When you leave, valuable nationals will move back in again.

Most of those lands are govt lands the gullibles bought from gbajue omo onile.

After buying sandfilled swampy canals and govt lands from scammers, they go about shouting "we've bought lagos, Lagos is no man's land".

Anyone buying lands in Lagos now is just wasting his/her money because there is none again. Ire o
