Omo, it's a great development, but Akwa Ibom hadls had something like this for years.
And every Sunday people from far villages come around to take photos and chill around there... There used to be a big digital screen that showed Nigerian matches then, omo, the drinks were really cheap then.
Plaza ooo, Nwaniba Water Fountain,

Nigerian news and sensationalism!!! They always likes to use this phrase, "wide jubilation erupted" to describe something in a state or about a politician's action. Sometimes, i wonder who are those people jubilating or dancing around town in jubilation. I hope Otti will not finally turn into the biggest "Scam" in Nigerian politics. The way to manager Nigerians is, just put "film" for them to watch, then move on with your " inefficiency or looting" while they salivate on the film you have put for them. By the time the film finishes, you are done with your own act. You can rewind the film or put another movie for them.

Wow, see the excitement over a water fountain!, in the 21st ceuntry where people are celebrating space tech and breakthroughs, some folks are celebrating first-ever water fountain?. How old is Abia state?.
Nairaland ibos keep lying to themselves online and forming online billionaires while real ibos in a state of 4million ibos are seeing what a water fountain looks like for the very first time in their lives. What a shame.

Glorified dung Hill.

Trump said Nigeria or Africa is a shiithole.

They vigorously celebrated the comment.

But there are dung hills and pit latrines in the shiit holes too. Their muddy region is just that.

Jubilation across Abia state? Which kind foolish statement is that?

Millions of Abia residents don't know of such.

The statement was right. All Igbo People are celebrating over the first Fountain in Abia. That was how Igbo People also celebrate the first Julius Berger sign post in Abia grin grin grin

The allocation is not small abeg.

If it is small.as.you want us to believe,.there will not be N1 billion for the governor to feed.
