The ones that will go out to gather, separate, and usher the sheep and goats into either Eternal reward or Eternal damnation are the angels that are to come with Him. They are the servants described in the parable of Wheat and Tares to handle the final harvest that is to come.

25 That night, while everyone was asleep, the man’s enemy came and planted weeds among the wheat and then left.
