JMG12: I am in a bit of a dilemma and I don't know if this applies to me as well. I was supposed to resume in September 2023 but my visa arrived in late October, my agent deferred my course but unfortunately, the school does not offer the course in January, so they moved it to September 2024. My visa is only valid till July 31st 2024. What do I do? Can I resume early in Maybe June and apply for an extension or do I have to apply for a new visa? |

Please House!! If I have a starting balance of 4M and a final balance of 30M(my dad sent the sponsorship money to my account and I explained with receipts in my statement)... But in my 6 months bank statement, I received 1M from someone and sent 900k to someone. Are the 1M and 900k transactions considered lumpsums? |

Hello good people, Please I need clarity on something vital. I just started this admission journey and I've read a lot about POF So, I have a cousin in Canada who intends to either: 1. Include me as part of beneficiary to his account or 2. Open a joint account for both of us. 3. Send a letter to me indicating that he would support me during studies. The question is which of these options can fly as evidence for POF. Also, What other ways can someone already in Canada help me aside these I've listed? I would gladly appreciate your views on this. Thanks. |

Ogeneigbo1: I can't lie, Zubi is a gift to everyone on this platform. He's a special man. You don't need to send the results of your medicals. iRCC will request for them from the clinic as at when due. 4 Likes |

Welcome to the journey; it will end well 1. this can work 2. I won't advise that because it will be a new account, the VO might not be convinced that the intention is genuine 3. For any option, there must be a letter of support or sponsorship from him, including an affidavit Other options are: 1. he can do a cash gift deed 2. he can open a GIC account for you ibrahim07: 1 Like |

Thanks [/quote You can submit the result to IRCC through Webform. You can also use the several IRCC email address shared on the platform. Alternatively you can wait for IRCC to send you a medical request if you have time on your side. Personally I think it is better to send to them so you get your PPR direct once your application is approved. |

I am only disagreeing with you saying it is impossible. The word "impossible" is very exclusive. All these details may not even be necessary. We are all here to learn and give facts that are relevant and true. You can also politely counter me if you have better facts than me. Cheers too JMG12: |

Hello Gurus! Hope today wasn’t too stressful? Please I really need your opinion on here. I’m being sponsored by my family owned company which I’m also a shareholder, the company as various assets, my dad is also supporting with another SOA. So the thing is, I recently finished nysc and I just started working , I was adviced not to show my personal account but now , my dad wants to send me money for part of living expenses and my brother also wants to do so. who should send me the money and how should I explain? Should I use a gift deed from my brother or have the company send me money into my account or I should explain it in my SOP?. Please anyone and everyone, please I really need help with this please. |

Hello house For those of us that has used ATIP to request for gcms notes At attach documents, they indicated a need for a consent form or a proof of right of.access Is that a handwritten consent form or something else Thanks for your responses ?? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by Baphil: 5:58pm On Nov 22, 2023 |
Please raise a webform and submit it. They have responded faster with individuals submitting it themselves than with IOM; many times, the next day. So do not wait for them to request for it since you have already done it. It saves yours and their time. Yours especially. Ogeneigbo1: 1 Like |

koeazy14: As a fresh graduate you are better off NOT showing an account statement. Let your dad and brother be your sponsor and provide you with the all supporting documents and bank statements including -Letter of sponsorship, Affidavit of sponsorship, etc. remember to include birth, certificate showing the relationship and pay part or all of the the school fees. Good luck 1 Like |

Both of them can do a gift deed, but since your dad is sponsoring you while your brother, on the other hand, is gifting, you can use legal documents to back it up koeazy14: |
