Honestly, the best help is DIY. I am not saying you are lazy but get a list of schools right, and go through their course catalog, and I promise you, you'd find so many schools like that. Alternatively, you could search by states; that is, take a state, search the schools in that state, and shortlist the schools that offer your course and have funding. It will be painstakingly difficult, but it's worth it.

Wish you all the best.

Thank you so much
I am currently doing everything myself, but I just need more clarification and guidance on schools that are fully funded in public health aspects, in relation to the United state before this year runs out.

Me goodmorning
Vo Goodmorning

Vo How many School did you applied to?
Me Four Schools, as I was about stating them ?
She moved to the next question

Vo Why are you going to the US?
Me I am going to the US for my Masters degree in Information Technology at WUST.
I picked this school for my course because ā€¦.she didnā€™t allow me finish up

Vo What did you studied at first degree?
I didnā€™t hear clearly, I have to adjust and asked her to repeat the question?
So she repeated herself
Me I studied Biochem at my first degree. So I went further explaining why I am going for MSIT like relating it to my work place and relating it to a senior vacant position which requires this cert to be qualified for that position and stated my boss nominated and supported me to go for the programā€¦
BUT honestly she didnā€™t listen from the way I was looking at her and she didnā€™t even look at meā€¦

At this point was nervous
Vo who is spons my programme
I spitted uncle to gain her attention
Brother in my i20
She looked up at me Uncle or Brother
Me: I said Boldly Brother stated his ā€œNameā€ I have his statement of Acct but she didnā€™t ask for it and I started telling her what heā€™s into. Businessman, owns a warehouse, Top distributor of ā€¦..
Top distributor of ā€¦..
Has two big hotels at so so so state

She just denied personā€¦
So sad

She didnā€™t listen or like she wanna quickly leave for lunch coz other two VOs left her there

Pple just dey queue
First VO at window 8 that left only gave to 2 pple I saw
One woman with 3 kids
Visa wey we suppose share

The second VO that left
I no see am give anyone o at window 5

I think they are cheating them from somewhere to approve and deny person visa.
That was what I observed

For no reason
Been depressed since!!!
Canā€™t get it off my head
First two appearances B1/B2
3rd appearance
This people just wanna kpai Man
Maybe by then men go rest
Naso I dey look person wey dey tell me there say date na money this daysā€¦
Headache want kill men nowā€¦

She didnā€™t even ask any doc
Did like 3 IT coursera course
And some other 7 to 8 Coursera courses
Print out of Title page of my published peered review journal in Molecular

Those behind the way they conduct this thg should call for a review on how they do this thing.

sorry for your denial.
But the only issue I have is with all your saying after ur transcript. I understand that you are upset abt the delay but If she had approved you, you would not say all this i.e " I think they are cheating them from somewhere to approve and deny person visa."
That was what I observed " No give up Try again and get a more standard profile . If there is one thing Abt US embassy is they will never ask to see ur docs, only select docs they will want to see like scholarship letter etc but aside from that you have to sell yourself well to the VO. Goodluck on ur futre attempt.

Please šŸ‘šŸæ guruā€™s in the house, I need urgent advise on this matter .

I got admitted in to another university with scholarship worth of $5500, with COA of $32k different from my first school and i have received my i20 .
But the first school that i received my i20 From gave me $22000 scholarship with a COA of $67k but the deficit is higher than the second schools deficit . In other words the COA of the first school is higher than this second school .

I donā€™t know if its a good idea to switch to the second school with a low COA although the scholarship is not That much , but Iā€™ve apply for more scholarship .

Please i need help to make a good decision

Depending on your current location, I think you should consider switching to Abuja embassy and take your time to hunt for dates .

A lower COA is always better. Maybe mention the school so people can advise better, as COA is not the only criteria.

Go with the school with the lower COA (the deficit). Do you have an account with approximately 44M? It's easier to believe that you have ~27M than 45M

Thank you so much for taking your time to explain, you are so kind. We are just starting afresh and there is conflicting information on it. Your response just cleared it. Thank you again
Hey !

Yes .Someone who is planning to study in the US on an F1 (student visa) can take his or her family along on an F2 (dependent visa) ...But your family on the F2 are counted as depending on you because they cannot work over there ( although i think an adult on F2 can still changes status on arrival ).

The F1 categories who have higher chances to take family along on F2 is a PhD applicant follows by clergy men (pastors) who are going to a mission / Bible colleges (can apply for family or spouse on F2.

An MSc (Bsc out of it but not 100% impossible) applicant applying for spouse or family on F2 visa success is dim but if he or she follows the normal procedure and convince the VO beyond doubts of his or her financial capability then why not he or she will get the visa ....it has happened before and still happening.

In your case , if you have not gotten your visa and you really want to go along with your family then you can still ask your school to issue F2 Form I 20s for you...Nothing is impossible if you give the VO CONVINCING AND GENUINE REASONS.

If you have gotten your visa already ...I don't know if the school can still issue F2 Form I 20s to them ... Or let them come as a visitor during your graduation or at a later time if you re not in a haste .

There is God. Don't give up.

So that ā€˜someoneā€™ whoā€™s got the US Visa didnt apply with his/family members?
Per my limited understanding, US visas are issued on individual basis..even if youā€™re traveling as a family.. each intending traveler must apply.
If you have an F1 visa, some immediate family members can ride on your benefits of F1ā€¦. But each rider must apply and be approved for F2. This is my my understanding by Night School attendance. Consult your immigration lawyer. Good luck!

Thank you so much. We are just planning the whole process and want to have all the necessary information. Thank you

Hi guys,
I have submitted my statement of account for the I-20 but the university is presently on break to resume on Monday. My resumption date is Jan 15 and I am a bit pressed for time here,
While I wait for the I-20, is it possible to pay for the Servis fee and DS-160 to cut the waiting time. What are my chances for getting an appointment date in Abuja given the time i have? please I need honest feedback to plan. Thank you.

You can't pay the Sevis fee without your i20 because you need the Sevis ID on your i20 for that. I suggest you patiently wait for your school to resume next week.

But your questions lack specificityā€¦ Only DIY can help you solve this. Eg Same School, dept of public health may offer fully-funded scholarship while its College of Nursing may not. You have to contact several schools and be specific with your questions.
Good luck
