I know it might be somewhat premature to think along these lines, but considering all that’s going on about the FCT minister Mr. Wike, one might want to ask: to what end is Mr. Wike doing all that he is doing now? Having served two terms as Governor, contested for the presidential ticket under PDP, currently serving as a minister under an opposition party, and ensuring his political structure in his home state grows stronger—no doubt, Wike can be considered one of the strongest politicians in Nigeria today, if not the second best after his excellency president Tinubu.

Considering the foregoing, can we say Nyesom Wike might definitely find himself occupying the highest office of the nation?

I agree with you, however the bolded is why one shouldn’t underestimate him.

Don’t you think wike becoming the president is one of the numerous things that can happen. It’s a possibility considering his present political standing.
