Who then are the Ndoki, Asa, Ikwerre, Etche, Omuma, Ndoni, Egbema and Ogba? Even in Kalabari, Okrika, Andoni, Opobo and Bonny there is much Igbo blood from Imo State just that the land is Ijawland and most of them were either settlers, slaves, mercenaries or married. So it is quite a difficult thing to dismiss the importance of Igbo to Rivers State.
