If yes, then please quickly create another EE profile and hopefully get another ITA, digest IRCC website before submitting your next application. The IRCC requirement is to get a PCC AFTER the last time you had lived in the country that is not your current place of residence.

If no, in addition to emails and webforms, quickly get a lawyer involved (it could take IRCC many weeks or to respond to webforms). See page 1, post with FAQ 26 - 50 to see how to get a judicial review. You have 60 days from the date of your "rejection".

Or must my work experience be from a registered company whose presence is online? I have a work history with a registered organization but it’s two years. Please guys, is it a problem for express entry if the business the person works for is unregistered and has no online presence? how can one prove experience in such a situation? I know i have read something on page 1 about it not being a problem if the workplace has no online presence but I am not sure i saw anything about it being unregistered. Can anybody help?

I am asking for a friend who works in a big farm in a rural area but the farm is unregistered. They are into poultry and cucumber farming.

As of October 1, 2023, you no longer need to get an upfront medical examination before you submit your application for permanent residence through Express Entry.

Does this statement from IRCC and IOM imply we cannot complete upfront medical? Or can one still complete upfront medical?
