I've strayed faraway from home for people close to me to know me, the first woman I ever really loved should've been the only one to have give a proper account of the way I go about life but then, life happens and we all move on with our bits.

Didn't stayed longer with mom, dad and the siblings, so they can only say little about me. Didn't bother with friends either, just virtual friends and neighbors I shared hi and hellos with.

That must be pretty lonely. Life's different strokes for different folks.

My siblings and I, even our parents, we have this impenetrable bond. Even when we have life taking us in different directions, we always have a point of convergence, a point where we all bond regardless of whatever life is throwing at us. We connect... From conference calls, video calls, travels to simple sms, we just must bond and we do it very often. Our spouses and friends too have caught on. Till tomorrow, family is still my most prized possession.

The Ẹfọ that I cooked over the weekend was sent across many states to me by my dad from his farm. My mum added fish, ground pepper and other condiments. They know I can afford it but I'm still their baby. Till tomorrow, my dad is still the one who always first calls to wish me happy birthday. He can call for Africa, I'm his special baby.

This life is too complicated, too burdensome, too surly to be travelled alone. Get a good woman, make a family, create time, quality time and bond with them. It is sweet.
