Bolivia have ten times the budget of Niger and have not built a Nuclear POWER plant. They only received a small nuclear reactor to treat cancer patients using irradiation technology. It cost them $300m.

Again, you have your numbers wrong.

But Niger with less than $2bln budget will be looking for $15bln power plant to service a country that needs not more than 50MW presently. You never know wetin dey worry us.

Same reason you have airports in every state in SE when PH and Onitsha is enough.

The truth is the truth, APC or not

You are encouraging intellectual laziness,.maybe you are lazy yourself.

While APC mismanaged the small they had, borrowed like drunkards and did not tighten their belt, the crash in the Nigerian economy was inevitable.

PDP is the Okrika Joseph who failed to save in the 7 years of plenty, while APC is the drunkard who could not adjust his diet through 7 years of famine.
Dude men wtf. Why must it be Okrika Joseph, why not Madilas Joseph? 😁😁😁

Russia is not a poor country. Belarus first nuclear plant was built by Rosatom & fully funded by Moscow. Bolivia will export agricultural & medical products thanks 2 Rosatom.

And how long does it take to get an appointment date for capturing now ?

Go and look at Venezuela after the oil crash.

Yaradua left $22bln in the Excess Crude Account. The specific stated purpose of that money was to take Nigeria through an oil slump. Okonjo Iweala implemented it under OBJ for that purpose. Jonathan spent it and shared it with Governors which they ate. That's equivalent to more than one years budget then. Government is a continuum.

Billions have been vanishing then and now. Nigerian politicians will never change whether the money is earned or borrowed

But what you care about is your pocket, you don't care about the billions of savings squandered that should protect your future evidently, so let's examine what affects your pocket in the present

What affects your life as common man is (a.) Naira value and (b.) Fuel subsidy

Naira value is controlled by Forex reserves balance which is dependent on oil price

Fuel subsidy is dependent on Government policy and whether Govt is willing to borrow to keep subsidy going.

Buhari was willing to borrow to keep subsidy going and willing for CBN to spend $12bln a year defending Naira. He could not defend it all the way because oil price affected reserves and also demand for Naira

The common man is lucky that Tinubu or Peter Obi did not replace Jonathan in 2015 otherwise they would have made you take the pain fully in 2015 since Jonathan did not leave any savings to cushion the pain like OBJ had left for him. Buhari is a socialist and kept up the standard of living with expensive subsidies and monetary policy within the means available to him. For what concerns the common man (inflation), Buhari actually protected them.

Me, I'm a capitalist with a long term view. I favour the Tinubu and Peter Obi way. Same way Buhari was protecting price of goods at great cost in 1984 until Babangida dropped the pain on them.

You are complaining about the transition in standard of living from Buhari to Tinubu now, same way people complained about transition from Buhari to IBB in 1986.
He didn't loot the money shocked shocked

So with this long term view how much did the financial Moses buhari leave in the forex reserves when leaving? How much was dollar exchanging by the time he left office from the N197 he met that time or should we keep on blaming the fallen oil prices from 2016 too? Someone who his decision to close borders except for his select few cronies impacted heavily regarding inflation especially on food, the rate has jumped from around 8% to what I can't even say now, how did he really perform as regards to insecurity plaguing the nation especially herdsmen killing farmers or those ones don't have any contribution to do too with money going to the foreign reserves?
When other oil and non oil producing countries were trying to bounce back from 2016 and COVID-19, our able president who was making noise in rivers during his first campaign continued his blame game of the past opposition as usual with his boys defending his consistent cluelessness in the media, when others were churning out economic roadmaps or teams to steady the ships of their countries back to a little health ours was dropping restrictions upon restrictions and not removing those clowns emefiele and Zainab ahmed who messed up our fiscal policies? How are they any different from Allison-madueke? grin

All the monies upon monies we have even collected as loans, how much of it was used to stabilize the economy rather than loot and turn the face aside because na my party member so our debt to revenue ratio would not be growing smaller by the day and add to the foreign reserves? well hopefully I'll have japa by the time the Chinese, IMF and world bank come to collect their property.

Believe Jay Z stories at your own risk. That nigga is all about the green and will never tell you the real koko, just highly curated narratives that fit his brand. He won't tell you about Dehaven, Jaz O and the rest, just what's convenient.

Cheating scandal with a faceless person that they used as marketing tool to sell Beyonce album. We don't even know if the cheating scandal truly happened or if cheating is a normal thing that continues to this day in their relationship. All we know is it was a marketing tool and basis for her lead single and theme of the album.

I don't bother taking any interview from Jay Z about his life serious, every single one I've seen is highly curated marketing.

Jigga commercialized his work in mainstream music and made money off it, isn’t that the dream? Where is the crime? Whether the cheating scandal is true or not, it sold! No rapper from the street is clean, the successful ones had to get their acts together to make money! It’s like when people hate on Steve Harvey. Steve was a hustler, did all the things you can think about, but cleaned up, commercialized and is now wealthy.

On DeHaven and the rest of the rats. I figured someone will bring this up. What is there to talk about on DeHaven? He has been the one running his mouth.

He caught a case because of his own stupidity, jumping parole which he has admitted had nothing to do with Jigga. Goes to jail and starts snitching but somehow this same idiot wanted Jigga to come visit him in jail while he is snitching but Jigga is the snitch for being an informant! Have you wondered why DeHaven is out? He snitched his way to a reduced sentence! Is that who Jigga should have on his side?

Let’s be clear and you should know this, most drug dealers who also rap are informants for the DEA. How many people has DeHaven used his snitching connection to get out of jail?

This same fool discredits Jigga’s steeet cred, claims he was nothing major but still wonders how Jigga has not caught a drug case with the DEA! Jigga almost lost his life for this dude who admittedly also got shot cos of Jigga. The fool goes around saying he wants nothing to do with Jigga but still cries that Jigga won’t talk to him or have him in his circle, is this a joke or what?

Ibime, are you still best friends with all the friends you grew up with? Roc broke up, hate is natural for whoever becomes the most successful.

“Made men ain’t supposed to make statements”- Jigga.

It depends

I have been hearing some good news about how the process is seamless, but I no know if na paid propaganda agents

If you need it urgently, use agents
If you need it within an expected time frame, use agents

If you have no plans for it, DIY
If you want to be sure that the Minister is working, DIY
