2-3 months, if not express. I got evidence incase.

I renewed mine this November and got it in two weeks. The thing is know who you use

My experience is evidence, bellow is realistic proof.

I applied for a passport renewal on 24-08-23, paid 55,000 for none express. Express requires additional 25k that is 80,000.

I was told to come back after 3 weeks, I did and it wasn't ready, after a month and 3 weeks I went back it wasn't also really, I started disturbing the relation officer and after 2months and some days he sent me a message to confirm that it was ready. I collected it in November, and am currently on a business trip.

I will be ignoring other comments u made because when u trade words with a ragamuffin, surely he will bring u down to his level to win u.

You apply before the Minister gave the NIS the order to clear all backlogs of passport applications. Things are not like it used to be before.
