Emmanuelvictor:First you didn't do a proper research on how long application for study permit takes before you submit your application, Secondly you should note that school resumption states it clearly whe they expect you for registration as you are not only candidate that applied. Lastly its crucial you opt for deferral so as to save yourself the stress of going forth and back in other to secure a seat by reapplying for admission again. So as to keep your seat, its crucial to defer to later dates because it takes 9weeks to be hopeful for an outcome from ircc and 11 weeks to raise webform if you ur school resumption is near date and it have elapse the processing time frame. |

Iphy82: Absolutely, There are several other schools in Canada that offer accelerated Nursing programs with postgraduate work permits. Here are a few more options for you to consider: 1. Seneca College in Toronto, Ontario 2. British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) in Burnaby, British Columbia 3. Humber College in Toronto, Ontario 4. George Brown College in Toronto, Ontario These are just a few examples, but there are many more universities and colleges across Canada that offer similar programs. Ensure to research each school's specific requirements and program details to find the best fit for you. Good luck with your search. It will end in praise |

JeffOghenz: I'm sorry to hear about the refusal letter regarding your financial status. If you want to get your GCMS notes, you can request them from the immigration department via this link https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do. They contain detailed information about your application and can help you understand the reasons for the refusal. To request your GCMS notes, you'll usually need to fill out a form and pay a fee. You can find more information on the official website of the immigration department or reach out to them directly for guidance. Once you have your GCMS notes, you paste the notes on this platform so we can review them and address any concerns in your reapplication. Best of luck! It will end in praise |

Afolakemitee: I'm sorry to hear about your uncle's situation. Getting a procedural fairness letter can be challenging, but it's an opportunity to address the concerns raised by the immigration department. In this case, since they mentioned not finding the bank statement to be real, it's crucial to provide additional evidence to prove the authenticity of the bank statement. You can gather supporting documents such as bank statements from multiple months, a letter from the bank confirming the validity of the statement, or any other relevant financial documents. It's also a good idea to include a detailed and honest Letter of Explanation (LOE) addressing the concern and providing any necessary context. I believe this should be sufficent to strengthen your uncle's case. I hope this helps, and if you have any more questions, feel free to ask here! It will end in praise |
