Please house, my friend's biometrics is still showing In Progress, it's almost
a month now.
What can she do, or does it happen to some people?
Your friend is an alien so relax the biometric will capture her prints soon.

In some cases the biometrics process can take longer for certain individuals to reflect on their portal. It's not uncommon for it to take a month or even longer. However, if your friend is concerned about the delay, it's a good idea for her to reach out to the appropriate immigration authorities to inquire about the status of her biometrics. They'll be able to provide her with more specific information and guidance on what steps to take next. It's always better to be proactive and get the most up-to-date information directly from the source. I hope everything works out smoothly for your friend.

Here are some useful link she can use to reach them directly : WEBFORM - https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=Nairobi

Please I need clarification on the following:

10. Sponsor's landed property,vehicles and houses

What specific document types did you submit for landed properties, vehicles and houses.

14. Sponsor's pension acct

What specific document types did you submit for pension account

15. My house where I get yearly rent(Gift deed)

What specific document types did you submit for the house

19. School cert, transcript n all

Please be specific about the n all part

21. Pictures of customers and sales carried out on the farm land and cash transactions too.

What specific document types did you submit for sales and cash transactions
Lol,this your clarification request long ooh! Anyways
I am not sure I understand what the (a) question is,but here is to the (b) and others

10. Land property documents were the deeds of covenyance(majorly) and a few land survey documents signed and dated by a surveyor. Vehicle ownership documents(the one that carries the name and amount it was sold for) and the pictures, bodly showing the reg number. For the houses, the pictures of the houses, tenancy agreement, rental receipts and dates the rents were paid.
14. Pension acct here is the acct he receives his pension fund. And this happened to be his savings account.(I quoted it twice) but it is the account we presented as Proof of fund n another one with lump sum(current acct)
* Document submitted was just his pension I.D card. It is a very renowned company,so I didn't have to do much.
15. A Gift deed document that showed my sponsor transferring the said building to me that carried the seal and signature of an attorney. The transferor and transferee will sign.
19. Anything related to school,original cert,transcript,nysc cert,cv
20. Asides CAC,took pictures of the place, the customers there present, the cash amount that was handed over to the cashier and general picture of everything that happened there. I literally snapped my sponsor counting cash, the market women carry their goods and their means of transportation. I hope I answered you well enough?

I'm sorry to hear about the refusal letter regarding your financial status. If you want to get your GCMS notes, you can request them from the immigration department via this link https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do. They contain detailed information about your application and can help you understand the reasons for the refusal. To request your GCMS notes, you'll usually need to fill out a form and pay a fee. You can find more information on the official website of the immigration department or reach out to them directly for guidance. Once you have your GCMS notes, you paste the notes on this platform so we can review them and address any concerns in your reapplication. Best of luck!

Have requested for my GCMS Note and I paid $19 for it, they sent me an email to download consent form to fill, sign and submit back.

Application submitted 26 Oct
Medical pass 17 Nov

Have paid $1500 to Conestoga college which was part payment for school fees as directed by the school.

Self sponsor with POF of 20million
Landed documents presented and house presented as home ties
CAC from my company
House sold and the money was deposited to my account
Lump sum was also explained
LOA from school
Farm land with pictures for me at the farm
Marriage certificate
Pictures of me and my wife
Pictures of me, my wife and my daughter
Pictures of me and my family members (sister and mother)

How much is your school fees, how many years? and are u travelling with ur wife and daughter or just you? How did u come about the 20m POF?

For example. for a school fees of 18k, living expenses of 10k and micelleanous of 4k. The 20m is barely just enough for you. And even if U’re travelling alone. You have a wife and kid at home.

I’ll advise u order for ur GCMS note. And for your next application try and increase ur POF.

It's your assest that you are selling off. It's part of the ties you have at home. If you must sell what u have to finance your trip, you must have done that at most 6 months back. That proceed have to be in your account 4 months after. Which is 2 months gap. If you comprehend do just that except you will be on a long thing...
