This is completely unfair, why on earth will anybody do this.
Why will you kickstart a programm without a proper infrastructural checks. This is so Sad and deceptive.
We didn't request for this. You sat there and deem it fit to execute this, now you have brought people together and left them stranded and confused without a word to pacify and give them sense of direction. This is the hieght of it! It is not done anywhere.
You rather do not start it...

Tell me what you can probably benefit from a group teaching you IT but don't know how to build infrastructure to accommodate less than 10k people. I really give kudos to ALX. Later , Government will say they trained people in IT whereas the people in charge can't build a common website.
