He said he has no idea, that a relative jst called him if he was interested and he was taken straight to camp... No long registration or medical test.... D issue is that politicians have taken over d system... Slots are shared amongst themselves.... A retired brigadier general couldn't even help out... According to him he tried his possible best

I am talking about social privileges not government entitlements, nothing special about being a soldier in the US. You can be arrested by the police in your uniform and handcuffed, being a soldier in Nigeria comes with the privilege to do things and get away with it. You are talking about GI bill, you don't need to join the military in the US to get your college paid for, like the person I quoted said there is a reason why they are struggling attracting new recruits.
