Tbh, we were absolutely terrible yesterday. No excuses. The post-match interview didn't help matters also. I understand he's trying to be positive, but he needs to know no matter how terrible the situation is, there are still standards at the club. Have we even seen draw against any top 8 team home and away this season? I think the only goal we have scored against any top opponent in the league this season is that one goal against Assnal.

Football is a dynamic sport and players play off of each other. If Rashford alone is walking around and not blocking the passing lanes he should be blocking, the whole midfield will be porous.

Talking back is not an issue. We have seen it multiple times. But does ETH have that influence to demand certain standards from his players every time or the vex is only reserved for certain people?

So, is it my fault that the manager keeps playing Rashford and McTom? Btw, we are talking about coordinated / effective pressing. The midfield and defence should move up a bit when the forward players are pressing. Is it Rashford that told our DMs and defenders to sit when Bruno, Anthony and Erasmus are pressing?

Mount is a better player vs McTom in everything including pressing. But because McTom saved ETH’s job a few weeks ago, we must continue playing him.
