Local governments earn a lot especially in the Niger-Delta, plus extra quarterly payments to oil-producing communities; all controlled by the state governors.

If you know how much your immediate past governor and mine spent on overhead cost (cost of running government), you'd just look amusingly at the antics by Tinubu's COP28 critics (who's also as guilty).

Not forgetting ~#23 billion annual security votes each to Akwa Ibom, Rivers, and Delta States, all unaccounted for.

It is a fact that innocent miliatry officers , policemen, other security agents and innocent civilians have been killed by IPOB/ESN in the east . This is not even a secret because IPOB/ESN usually come out to take responsibility for the killings .

When the miliatry Guys on ground carry out extra judicial killings they always have an escape route of claiming the victims are majorly IPOB/ESN terrorists .

Good. Let's expose and trend their names like we do to Buhari and Tinubu and GEJ for corruption, proven or alleged.

Asides allocations to states and LGA, your clan (a subset of your LGA) certainly receives funds specifically for oil-producing communities. Curiously, these never reflect in IGRs and Niger-Delta states' expenditure. But the masses don't know as they give state governments an easy pass.

Another thing: Be rest assured that Buhari and Tinubu consulted with the state governors before borrowing. But we blame the presidents alone for foreign loans. Do you know how powerful the Governors' Forum is?

Plus this must be stated: No Niger-Delta (South-South particularly) state has any business borrowing. None. The FAAC and ECA are enough to thrive on; coupled with IGR and attracted FDI. That they borrow is proof enough of all of them being thieves.
