Good evening everyone, I reapplied for my student visa. The first refuser was low proof of funds which was 15m. And my school fees was 23,500 Cad, I paid 18,000 Cad. But now I was able to make my POF 18.5m and pay extra 2,000Cad for my school fees making it 20,000 Cad. What is your take on this. @Frankrobbn |

Collins399:Ofcourse you can submit another visa application while the other is on pending appeal..it is not prohibited to do so.. For example I have two different spouse open work permits approved on different dates in canada application, with different work permit numbers both applications was submitted 3 days apart same month and expiring on different dates.. Somehow funny innit two work permits attached to same person!! 1 Like |

Hello everyone, Hope we are well. So, passport is not back, school said they have closed consent form or so. We are needing to send proof of visa approval to school to keep a spot. Is it okay to print study permit number and visa number on application tracker to send to school as proof that visa has been approved pending when passport with visa arrives? |

Yuzee: Have you contacted the school regarding your situation? What was their response? I think It's only the school that can answer this your question 1 Like |

Was asking for a friend. Don’t know if he has contacted the school yet. He left me a message I thought to ask the gurus in the house first before suggesting he sends a print out from the tracker and explain he is still waiting for his visa. Well, thanks for responding. Euroadams: |

This could mean that you did not make it apparent in your information that you intended to temporarily study in Canada. Some ways to improve your reapplication: 1. Examine your application again: Examine the details you submitted in your original application with great care. Verify that every detail is true and in line with the objectives of the temporary research permission. 2. A legitimate letter of admission from a Canadian Designated Learning Institution (DLI) should be included. This should include a clear description of your study course's curriculum, duration, and start and finish dates. 3. Proof of financial support: Demonstrate that you have the money necessary to pay for your living expenses, tuition, and any other charges you may incur while visiting Canada. 4. Home ties: Showing that you have close links to your home country can help your application stand out. Proof of family, property, or work may be included in this. This might support your claim to the immigration officer that you plan to finish your education and then return home. idirect: 2 Likes 1 Share |

Well done guys for your tireless effort. I'm a civil servant who got admission against Fall 2024 for a year program. The Truth is that I don't want to apply for study leave because my job doesn't require going to the office much except during our work season which is like every 3 years. Meaning it's possible to stay in a year and visit office twice or thrice. So I can run the school conveniently without any impact on my job. Can I apply for visa without leave letter and introduction letter? Will it raise a concern for the VO? Please guide me. Thanks |
