As innnnnnnnnnn! Many dunce talk. On this one, they see banking as the staff they meet in the banking hall. Customer facing roles are often to "con" the customers to remain in the bank. This is not true. There are more men in the banking sector than females. What happens is that most Frontline officers (customer service unit, tellers, HR and marketers) are mostly females so you tend to see and interact with them more. Behind the scene it's virtually male... infotech unit, fund transfer unit, internal control unit, financial control unit, legal unit. Let's not even talk of Drivers, dispatch riders and security. There's no bank in Nigeria were women are even 40%
