If you follow international news properly you would know that there's nothing special about Putin visiting Saudi Arabia or UAE! For these Arab countries it's business as usual, playing neutral! And mind you, they share same ideology! repressive government! That's what Russian, China, Iran, North Korea, The UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar practice! If Putin is so tough he should visit a European country that doesn't support his ideology. UEA did Military exercise last month and almost every nation was present with their fleet of aircraft.
