In light of the stress test results, the CBN is likely to intensify its scrutiny of banks. This could lead to stricter regulations and higher compliance costs for financial institutions, potentially impacting their earnings.

If ETI is not included in the list as mentioned by OGG, then it stands to reason that ETI's would move up (this one is SA). grin grin grin

STANBIC IBTC is also not in the list.
Together with ETI, they are the 2 other quoted banking coys that were excluded by the Apex bank.
It begs the question(s); Why were both banks exempted? Could it be because their parent coys are not domiciled in Nigeria? ...or because those who really exact control on them (unlike those in the stress test list), are not locals?

Well as I said before; the important thing is to look to take advantage from any imbalance that might be created from all this.
Nigeria is basically a portfolio country.

It is well

Oga this stock I have placed order for weeks now yet no success.I totally agree on 200% but the free float is not helping at all.

Anyone who tries to wait will certainly miss other opportunities.

Can you crossdeal for me?

Has multiverse management given any dividend too? I am at loss as to your claim that Japaul has not recorded capital appreciation all these years. Only if you know it has delivered over 1500% capital appreciation from early last year to this time. Anyway Japaul is for traders and not for investors to warrant looking out for its management's seriousness or otherwise.

Its already on full offer.
When a bid of 23.85 being the lowest that is permitted is placed, it gets cleared immediately.

As of this moment, nobody wants to buy it above the lowest price for today

Looks like strategic mopping of FBNH is still on. The buyers are currently buying patiently in small bid tranches or picking offers up as they show instead of showing the bids. With a tactic of pulling down the price till another aggressive buying ops come up when the bullion van is fully reloaded.

Pullback or systematic tax like inflation? Your stocks like your money remains with you, untouched but their reach has become shortened.
This depends on the price you bought sha

Just understand that lots of things go on in this market and we can never know it all.

Are we saying it's only FBNH that is responding to the circular while others in the category are safe?
UBA, ACCESS, GT, ZENITH are all maintaining their share prices.........so it's only FBNH that should be on full offer?
What if it's deliberate act to bring the share price down for some guys/entity to enter the bus?
The question is: Where are the million units that queued @29+ just 2 days ago.........and the share price even touched 31!!

Make we just dey observe wetin dem dey do ni.
Some big guys control what they plan to control in this market....

Next move may land it above 30...... smiley

Also, the banks are still showing strength, there may be more upside in coming days....all things being equal.

Aside from the fear of delisting Oando, all eyes should be on the day oando will conclude with Naoc. Expect massive bull from that day.

Buying NAOC makes oando an operator in the E&P

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: 5 SHAREHOLDERS APPLY TO FED. HIGH COURT TO SET ASIDE ORDER TO DELIST OANDO
I just read that some 5 shareholders have applied to the Federal High Court to set aside the order granting OODP the the right to acquire minority shareholdings in OANDO PLC.

This could mean a new twist in the whole case.

My greatest fear is that I hope wale is not the hidden hand of the 14 minority shareholders. What you just shared is equally pointing wale involvement besides the 5 minority shareholders trying to withdraw the case

A link or case number would be good.

Regardless, OandO is destined to rise considering all the recent acquisitions and partnerships.
