Fuel will now be sold for 1000 after production. Nigerians should get ready for the main hardship |

michlins: There's no 20% quota. NNPC holds 20% of the shareholding of Dangote Refinery. Meaning, Nigeria is a part owner of the refinery. 1 Like 1 Share |

Norsemann: The history of how the project got to Lagos is the reason why the Largest refinery is in Lagos today. Rejected in many states but welcome to Lagos by jagaban with free, very friendly terms and conditions. I fear this jagaban man when he faced Atlantic ocean. He knows how to create wealth too much 1 Like |

I'm fed up of reading about first crude supply to Dangote refinery as if Nigeria own Dangote refinery. After distillation,it won't reduce pump price in the public. Dangote is a capitalist and Nigeria's investment in the refinery wasn't dashed to Dangote. Some people just go school for nothing. |

Dangote Industries has made cement affordable for Nigerians and still make a profit so why won't the company replicate the business model of success with affordable pump prices? The issue will be maneuvering against/around entrenched Shell and the NNPCL. |

Ozommadu: Why do you want him to think like you? He is not a pessimist. Because dangote has never refined a drop of oil now automatically mean he can't refine to satisfy the nation's demand Please be reasonable. I know tinubu stole the mandate but the question is who is not a thief amongst all politicians?? Including OBI?? They are all thieves and the 2023 general elections was won by the bigger thief. Infact most Nigerians are potential thieves when given the opportunity to be close to the corridor of power in this country. So please rest abeg. |

uniquetechng:why will dangote import crude oil? Why can't government or nnpc and dangote reach agreement on how nnpc will supply dangote crude oil and the price he will sell to Nigerians . Or is it that our crude oil have dried up. Haters of Nigeria are the ones leading Nigeria while lovers of Nigeria are called names 1 Like |

These demons will take nigerdelta crude oil and claim that they imported it just to increase price. But Nigerians are very stupid people, they will rather hate each than unite for a common cause 1 Like |

Brendaniel: Of course, but far better than helping foreign refineries with billions in hard currencies every year. The more we consume what we produce the better for the overall economy. |

Re: Second Crude Supply To Arrive In Three Weeks — Dangote Refinery by ElSudani: 9:50am On Dec 09, 2023 |
Brendaniel: You are right, perhaps more rich Nigerians should also emulate Dangote and invest in production rather than looking for quick turnover in importation of everything from refined oil to stupid stuff like ketchup and liquor. The more you produce the less pressure on the foreign exchange. 1 Like |
