Just knowing ones risk appetite is the way I guess, you might be comfortable risking 1% of your account on a single trade.. Someone like me hates to see that I have risked more than 0.50%. It makes me so uncomfortable that I can decide to close at 700 when the SL is 1000, and market might decide to fly to TP without reaching the SL....

I started having problem with my Situp challenge since the day I vex go do wetin them samfelly and Co dey do 😅😅.. I open 0.20 lots on UsOil on mobile, just small 5 mins candle 1% down already, I open laptop check how much I've risked, 7% if SL picked.. So I had no choice than to close prematurely 😁..

Summary : Use lots size according to your risk appetite

$100,000 = 5lots
$ 10,000 = 1 lot
$ 1000 = 0.2 lot
$ 500 = 0.1 lot
$ 100 = 0.02 lot

proper lot sizing
I have realised that this market was built in such a way that if ur greedy , u will still lose ur profits back into the market.

exceptions to this is if u have a very good A+ setup entry
