WHY DON'T THEY DO SAME WHENEVER THERE IS A MASSACRE IN SOUTHERN KADUNA...... How many hundreds of people killed in southern KADUNA, they will pretend as if the people killed in southern Kaduna are not human beings.

Wait....

1million is their salary?

Criminals be lying up and down.

If 1million was their salaries, most of them were doing better as business men and wouldn't be killing to become a senator to earn meager 1million per month.

And they're paying civil servants 50k monthly.
It is possible where money comes for them is through projects and seating allowance and oversight functions

Perhaps only basic salary.
Allowances of various names are not included.
Each of them just gave out N1m from their total package.

You actually believe this?

Has any of them showed you their payslip?

That's the truth. There's a difference between salaries, allowances, constituency allowances, and corruption.

No Nigerian senator or governor earns up to N1.5m as salary. This is why everyone should fight against corruption.

Osinbajo and Buhari both slashed theirs

Seyi Makinde, Rochas Okorocha and Aregbesola didn't receive theirs as it was peanut

A senator appeared on Channels TV with a bank alert of his salary sometime last year. Everything you need to know is available online. It's up to you to believe though.

Fighting a senator over salaries is a complete waste of time. Many of them will be more than willing to donate their 4 year salaries sef. It's a complete waste of time.

Their salary is 1million, no cap.

However, their allowances (sitting allowance, recess allowance, bedroom allowance, constituency allowance, 'hardship' allowance and so on) makes 1 million mere chicken change, a drop in the bucket.

Then comes budget padding, contract inflation, outright embezzlement, 'prayers' like the one Akpabio gathered a little fame for, 'handshakes' from the presidency and kickbacks from contractors and other elements within the corridors of power.

These are the trappings that entice people to the Senate, including governors who have looted their states for two whole tenures.

An Oshiomole who has been a two-term governor, NLC leader, APC party chairman and so on wouldn't elbow his way into the Senate to collect a beggarly N1m per month.

Whey they are still paying the Senator's constituency allowance and the Governor's security votes will always be a mystery.

It is a free fund for them.

They are bleeding this country to death

Yes, their salary is 1 million Naira.
If you have evidence to the contrary, you can present it.
excluding wardrobe allowances, car allowances, sitting allowances, etc totally about 34million.

But some of dem don't even know their salary. It's too small to think of. They make money from allocations. Kickbacks, shady deals.

My late father was a senator, so i know these stuffs
