macsilver: Thanks for your reply. We are a family of 4. I have paid my first-semester school fees, We have 41 to 43k CAD. We wanted to apply in January but this new law is making us do it this month. If dependent remains the same we are good still. |

JMG12: I really appreciate your time and feedback. I have tried severally to link the existing application to the new account that I created, but no application was found which validates the fact the the Acceptance letter was not genuine. I think it would be a good idea to order for GCMS note as suggested, but I noticed that “Complete file” option would likely be the best since I do not have any idea about the documents he submitted on my behalf. Thanks

Btycoon: Good questions- For Holland, if it’s DLI accredited school then you should be fine even if nobody is talking about it. If you’re a qualified candidate for admission you’ll definitely get it. If it doesn’t hurt your pocket or you want to be very sure you’ll get something nice for the Fall semester, in my humble opinion I’ll say apply to the 4th school.. you really never can tell. I hope this helps |

Atalefromthepas:Your sister could either send you that lump sum of money as gift deed and attach a letter explaining it or she could use the money to purchase a Gic in your name. Other guru’s can chime in here |

unkuwonu: When it comes to Proof of Funds (POF), it's generally recommended to get a physical copy of the bank statement from your bank. However, if the physical copy appears to be bulky and difficult to compress when uploading it on the IRCC portal, you can definitely use the electronic copy instead. It saves space and is easier to compress. Just make sure that the electronic copy is electronically signed and stamped, so it's still considered valid and official. This way, you can save some hassle and make the application process smoother. As for using a personal POF different from the sponsor's, it can be a good idea in some cases. It shows that you have your own financial resources to support your studies. However, it's important to make sure that the funds are genuinely yours and that you can provide the necessary documentation to support it. Good luck with your application 👍. It will end in praise |

lastbornop: Let's clarify your situation for your application. Since you're doing a family application, it's important to consider the best approach for your Proof of Funds (POF). 1. Regarding the POF, if you have 35 million in your own bank account and your sister is giving you an additional 1 million, it may be best to showcase those funds as your own. You can provide the necessary documentation for your own bank account and the gift from your sister. 2. If you decide to use your husband's account, you would need to provide a letter of explanation to clarify that the funds in his account are available to support your studies. However, it's worth noting that using your own funds and your sister's gift may provide a clearer representation of your financial situation. It doesn't matter if the entire funds are saved up in your account for this project, one matters is the availability of the funds. Good luck with your application! 🍀📄 It will end in praise 1 Like |

opebajo11: I understand how frustrating and helpless you must be feeling right now. It's important to have transparency and access to your own application status. You mentioned that your agent refused to give you the IRCC login credentials and provided excuses about the portal upgrade. It does seem a bit suspicious, especially when your friends were able to provide you with screenshots of their own dashboard. You have the UCI number, which is great! You can try creating a new account on the IRCC portal and linking your application to the new account. From there you can track the status of your application using your UCI and Application number. Visit the official IRCC website and look for the "GC Key" section. There, you should be able to create an account for yourself and get an update on your application. If you continue to have concerns or doubts about your agent's actions, it might be worth considering consulting with an immigration expert for further guidance. Hang in there,! 🤞✨ It will end in praise 2 Likes |
