For your information, the demolished Rivers state House of Assembly wasn't a national asset but a state asset.

That building and the authority it represents derives its powers and existence from the national constitution. Not even the nation's constitution can be amended without input from that institution. The governor as a matter of urgency appoint his own team to work with not those who were appointed by Wike. Appoint new Commissioner and make the resigned ones to refund all proceedings that are with them.
