That's Egboo ( cooked mashed corn) and Ewan ( beans ) with sauce and of course proteins

It takes almost 10 hours to prepare the Egboo ( marshed corn) but very delicious

When we were kids, we also ate it with ororo ( groundnut oil)

Usually coked on firewood in iron-cast pot and sometimes iron nail placed in d pot under d corn.
A pressure pot can cook it faster these days, though.

You should have it in Congo. Back then, my mum buys the normal dried maize in congo and take it to those people who grinds in the market to grate it. Im talking about 2007/08. I dont know how its done now
