Nigeria’s Executive, Legislature, Judiciary Highly Corrupt – ICPC Survey by Islie: 8:13am On Dec 16, 2023 |
It is observed from the survey that corruption has become so pervasive that Nigerians need to embark on a change of attitude, change of mindset and change of behaviour. The Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission (ICPC) says there is a high level of corruption across various sectors in the three arms of government and private sector. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/651841-nigerias-executive-legislature-judiciary-highly-corrupt-icpc-survey.html 5 Likes 1 Share

We know already and that’s why Nigeria is the poverty capital of the world Worthless EFCC is aware of this but the only thing they are interested is how to get more power to harass the majority masses that are already deprived of their Gods given rights to good life 75 Likes 1 Share |

Those people labelling the politicians as corrupt are still the ones calling Pitobi the agulu jesus to save Nigeria. As if Pitobi is not a politician. In fact, he is clueless and the most corrupt out of the 3 major presidential candidates in the last election. |

Corruption runs through every level of the Nigerian government. Most noticable from the time this Party that promised to eradicate corruption came into power in 2015! From contract fraud at the top through election fraud, to petty bribery, money laundering schemes, koro-koro embezzlement, and seizing salaries from ghost workers, it is safe to estimate that corruption within the Nigerian state apparatus costs this nation billions of dollars annually more than subsidy ever could! The interesting thing about the index is that it doesn't just consider the leaders and govt officials alone, but also includes the tolerance level of the citizens to corruption! That very poor score also captures the number of us that trivialize and accept the criminality in the conduct of govt business. In other words, we're our own problem!! 2 Likes |

Nigeria is full of evil creatures that just want to exploit every avenue to make money at the expense of others. This is what happen when we elevate and worship money above good character values , selflessness, compassion etc. Having all these good characters and traits in Nigeria is seen as being stupid in Nigeria and any one with it will be shame, bully and verbally abused, but people want Nigeria to be better without all these good human values. Even the fake religion and religious leaders that suppose to be the role model for positive values and good characters are the one promoting the pervasive and toxic culture of only valuing money above every thing else especially Christian leaders, they don't care where the money come from as long as you pay your tithes and contribute heavily to their ministry many of them will even broke shame and abuse poor people when what most of them survive on are donations from the same poor people. The reason why Europeans and white people can still advance in so many aspects of life is also because their focus is not only on making money they care about so much than that, like having compassion, empathy , being kind etc. They can cancel you in the west for mistreating animal , acting rudely to people or mistreating people but here in Nigeria we only value money making, as long as you are rich you can get away with most things even murder. Nigeria will still remain the same and never develop if will still continue the culture of only worshipping money and those with money, even if the President of America, China, Japan, Germany and Italy come to Nigeria to lead for 4 years. Nigeria will still remain the same , many Nigerians lack empathy and compassion and are very selfish, they only care about themselves and don't mind exploiting others for money when those people become leaders in the future of course they are going to continue to do what get them there, steal, exploit and loot as much as possible for their families and cronies. 2 Likes 1 Share |

just2endowed: If the Head is corrupt, every part of the body will follow suit. If I'm not corrupt, those working under me will be afraid and they know I won't take rubbish cos the bucks rest on my table. And it will gradually trickle down to my ministers and heads of parastatals. The ripple effect will be unmatched. 1 Like |
