‘We lose a soldier every 5 minutes’ Israeli officer Erez Eshel appeals to Torah students to enlist

Israeli military officer Erez Eshel addressed Torah students urging them to enlist or support or contribute to the support of soldiers in the ongoing war on Gaza.

He reports 1300 casualties among the soldiers, saying that Israel loses a soldier every 5 minutes.

Eshel who spoke in Hebrew, tells the Torah students that they must contribute ,some by going to the battles and attending funerals or comforting the wounded.

The video footage shows disapproval of his speech with several persistent requests for him to stop and step down from the podium.

Kerekere, the war is dragging on for months and now becoming another prolonged Ukraine-Russia war.

Smh. The United Nations(UN) reported that about 80% of the 18000 dead are defenceless Palestinian babies, children and women. The rest of the males killed are civilians.

So who are the IDF killing with what the US described as dumb bombs for more than 2 months now? With all the military advantages Isreal has, it is still strange that they still have not won the war yet recording dead casualties every 5 minutes.

Jake Sullivan, US National Security Adviser, just had a meeting with PM Netanyahu few hours ago and delivered Biden's message to Isreal IDF to stop wasting resources and be specific on Hamas. That's the part of the home truth setting in.

Now this video report of a significant number of the Isreali population of able bodied people who will not enlist for the war.

This is not the way to fight a war. PM Netanyahu may end up winning the war but not the battle. I sympathise with grieving families on both sides.

So what is the purpose of this video? Israel is fighting a
war, do you expect Israel not to have any military casualty? I love how you guys are giving yourselves hope with little things, when the day breaks, you will realise that 80% of Gaza has been destroyed and almost thrown back to the stone age. First, Israel was in Northern Gaza, you claim Israel has lost 3000 troops. Now Israel has gotten to central and southern Gaza. Very soon, the only place left for the Palestinians will be the Mediterranean sea. Even the captives are slowly escaping from Hamas showing that the Hamas fighters are heavily overwhelmed by superior Israeli fire. How else can we explain the recent death of 3 Israel captives? They obviously escaped from the underground tunnel but were unfortunately killed by friendly fire.
