Well, I will be supporting the Eagles in January as usual. so i expect us to win the Cup. Nothing more. Atleast we have Osimhen. kilo tu ku A good story should have Osimhen lift the ANC, what a great year. 8th D'or, highest goal scorer, highest qualifier scorer, Seria A. The story still has more interesting chapters. He should win the next APOTY and the NEXT one. He will win us Afcon, but erm, i don't know if this is the one. This particular Afcon, na "hmmmm" things, so i will be chilled, i no go too holla, but if we no go win the Cup, make we kuku no bother comot group stage. A lot of Nigerians are suffering in this present clime, what better time to defy the odds and bring home the ANC and give millions of Nigerians a rare "happy moments" 1 Like 1 Share |

If we are struggling for options in midfield, then Nwakali should have a look in - we have nothing to lose. 4 Likes |

A 27 man list should have at least 7 midfielders. Iwobi Aribo Alhassan Ndidi Onyeka Onyedika Nwakali You could add Ifeanyi Matthew as well There is a homebased RB I think should get a look in — Sadiq Ismail Ppogbae: |

That Solace guy likes to sound intelligent by blowing grammar. His word usage is pretty awkward.. To the issue. His position is misleading, stats and eye test wise. Mujtahida: |

How the hell is this man a “liability off-the-ball”? Solace Chukwu dey ment. A player that was not dribbled past once. Won most of his duels. Provided a good amount of key passes etc 3 Likes 1 Share

Joebie:I really don't think that he has watched the young man recently to notice how much he has improved in his defensive aspect of the game. Only his heat map would have helped him. But it is what it is. He is a jorno so he must write something. |

Joebie: Say it the way it is. Blowing UNNECESSARY grammar. Majority of the people who read his articles can't connect the dots. Most times when I read his articles, I get lost Midway as I can't tell the head from the tail no more, that was even back when he was still writing for GoalDotCom. These days na to just scroll pass. Werey don't know how to pass a message in simple terms like every reasonable journalist would. |
Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2025 And 2026 World Cup by lbrichman2: 7:17am On Dec 18, 2023 |
Joebie: Exactly I also think he prioritizes grammar over message There's no need to be unnecessarily verbose when you can pass your message in simple language No wonder his posts mostly have low engagement On the Nwakali issue, I think Chavez genuinely lacks quality in their team Only Nwakali seems to be consistently posting above average performances My consolation is that he is doing what he needs to do to secure a move out of that team after this season He should get a good agent that works his socks off Nwakali is good enough for mid table teams in the Laliga and Bundesliga atleast They will appreciate his skillset 1 Like |

charlesemeka85: It is hard to support this team under this palm wine tapper from Portugal. If not for patriotism and my love for the national team, and the bulk of the players that make up the team, I would not mind if they crashed out in the group stage just so this ekuke leaves. He is so poor. |

If that list I'm seeing is accurate with Ahmed Musa and Emmanuel Dennis included...then It's safe to say either Peseiro or/and the NFF are trolling us at this point...I just hope that list is inaccurate. The midfield looks good though |

Emma Dennis just occupied space. In the defence. LB. Coach already have Bruno, Aina, sanusi and even Bassey why collins again? That space would have accommodated Igho Ogbu a CB. Even Ebuehi is a makeshift LB. Abi that man no dey think?? We are now filled with gentlemen CB's no ruggedity 1 Like |
