You sha entered passport details under 'Do you have a valid passport'? Submit a cover letter when uploading explaining the error and should be fine.

Ibro2021:
My people. I greet una.

I'm reviewing my psw application and discovered that I entered passport details (including issue and expiry dates) where national identity card was required.

I've also done the declaration part so can't edit any longer. All that's left is to make payment for IHS and application.

What are my options, please? Is this error fatal, and do I have to start another application from scratch?

Thanks.

Thanks for the advice. I'm leaning towards this option as well.

I think it's better to delete that application if you have not submitted and start all over

Thanks for the feedback.

Under what section will I be uploading this please?

I've done the declaration part so all that's left is IHS + app fee payment and evidence upload.

You upload and submit under 'evidence upload'. .. A brief explanation on the letter about the error is enough .. plus national identity (whether yes or no) is irrelevant to your application as long as you have your PP

Hello everyone,

I have a Nigerian Passport with a Leave to remain residence permit from the UK. Do I need a transit visa to fly to Nigeria from the UK using KLM? Layover is at Amsterdam.

So Nairaland took 2 days off and people dey para like this cool

Good to know that those wishy washy YouTube channels and pako celebrity blogs aren't replacing the depth of info on Nairaland.

If we had only NL, there definitely wouldn't have been goats like Tiamiyu.

Greetings all,

Abeg I need help with getting WhatsApp verification code. I just woke up 3 days ago and noticed WhatsApp logged me out. I tried logging in back and keep getting ‘unable to send code’. I also tried the call option and got same error code of unable to call. I’ve deleted the WhatsApp countless time but I still keep getting same error to try back after an hour. I keep going in cycles and the 1 hour never ends.

I initially thought it’s my sim but I was able to get other code like Telegram code, bank alert message and also chatted Glo on Twitter which they also sent me a ‘Test code’ without issues. I have sent an email to WhatsApp regarding this issue but no response till now.

Please what else can I do to get this code from WhatsApp. Attach here is the response I keep getting

Thank you

My people, is the CSCS construction certification as relevant as it used to be? Is it still as lucrative?

Complete your application, then download the application as pdf, make your edits on it by cancelling out the wrong info and type or write the correct info and after finishing submit it as an additional document and can include explanation.

Can use the website ilovepdf dot com_or you print out the application form then use pen to cancel our and write.

Edit: follow @ Bourne007 explanation similar process I was trying to explain above

Honestly speaking, I think this is too much for a simple issue.
OP has not paid, the application hasn’t even be made yet.
Isn’t it a better thing for OP to simply create a new application? Enter everything correctly and avoid any long (unnecessary) grammar?

Start another application from scratch, shouldn’t take you more than 30 minutes to complete.
You have your peace of mind, and your sanity.

The certification itself hasn’t lost any relevance. It’s still like it has always been. If there are a lot of construction gigs going on around where you live, and you want to earn some ££ then CSCS. Why not?

I am guessing it’s your Nigerian Number you are talking about yes?

Do you have the SIM in a phone? Is the number active? Do you have at least N50 credit?
Do you receive ‘normal’ sms? For example, if someone from Nigeria sends an sms. Do you receive it?

I am assuming you meant Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR)? Note that ILR means completely different thing from Leave to Remain.

That said.

Does the UK Leave to remain in your Nigerian passport ordinarily allow you to fly into, and go to Amsterdam (on a good day)?

Nairaland is back up in time for a factsheet released today from the Home Office to provide some clarity on the recently announced policy changes.

To summarise some key announcements:
-those already on a care visa route will be allowed to stay with and bring in dependants. Anyone switching to the care route (both in and out of country )from spring 2024 will not be able to stay with or bring in dependants.

- those already on a skilled worker route will not need to meet the new £38,700 threshold when extending their visas, changing sponsors or applying to settle, but they will be subject to the 25th percentile of earnings which is currently £29,000.

- family visa income threshold reduced to £29,000. Will be increased in stages to £38,700 but no timeline announced yet.

I started and Finish the application for 3dependant in 1night .
Once I reach a point of confusion, I will just put in search engine and Boom the solution is here.

When I got confirmation email last week for my 3 dependent, I was so happy and relieved.

All of you keeping this platform shine , your matter no go spoil

In and out of the country...omo UK dey vex oh.

They want all students and dependent to go through the 2yrs postgraduate visa thing. And looking at it from the other angle since they are considering the 2yrs postgraduate visa for the brightest students then I must say they want people to go to their country after study

National Identity is not a mandatory doc and wouldn't cause any unnecessary grammar .. . UKVI personnel are humans too so they understand mistakes can be made. OP don get options so it's up to him to decide smiley
