Badadvisor:Your chances are on the side of the VO. 1 year tution fee is good depend on the total tution fee for 2 yrs program. 10k gic will be in accordance with your 2nd year tution fee. That leaves you with compulsory living expenses and miscellaneous. Having obtain a whooping 30m from your brother, there should be need to prove the source of the funds. Is it for demonstration purpose , or not. What is your brother doing for a living and his payslip, tax clearance certificate and business invoice. What is your work , previous academics does it suit the current citing the fact you are not financially buoyant to repay the loan from your brother. Your fate is in the hands of a VO.. goodluck. |

MatrixReloaded: Please ooo how do people over there interact with funds in their home country account? |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 23 by MatrixReloaded: 9:35pm On Dec 23, 2023 |
seawealth:You can have access to your funds either using online services of your bank. Then again you can initiate transfer using otp if you are roaming your local number whilst abroad. As well you can send funds to your naira account using some platforms like sendwise, (patricia**)etc. |

Predator188: Quebec is always different from the whole Canada. If there’s any provider that’ll give me 6Gb or above at a good rate I’ll switch. |

When it comes to student jobs, my personal experience is that the warehouse clerk, security guards, personal care providers are some of the readily available job positions to newcomers and students in Montreal. I stand to be corrected. But most students do these jobs and pay rate is always between $18 to $22. Then there’s the call center jobs but their rate is too low $15/hr. If you’re lucky you can get technical support beginner roles or land an internship in your field of study. Be very careful on this forum alot of agents are here pretending to be helpers, even people who are already in Canada. Never give someone you don’t trust your application to handle. Success to everyone who’s awaiting their PPR Merry Christmas 7 Likes |

AcetylLily: If you have dollar card buy dollar from Aboki and fund your account then use card or you can use UBA prepaid dollar card. If you don't have all these then go for chipper cash but their rate is quite high. For 150 Canadian dollar, it's about 142k. I submitted this morning 2 Likes
